Very nice

I like it how you are experimenting more with using actual lyrics. I am not sure what this "eJay 5" thing is supposed to be, as it is apparently a kind of machine. The voice featured in this was pretty nice and didn't come off as annoying or anything like that. There were not that many tunes, but that worked out just fine for itself. This seemed to have everything a standard song of its kind would need to have. It seems as though you are indeed improving after all of these submissions.

Beatport?

I have no clue what this "beatport" thing is supposed to be, but it sure seems like a great contest! I enjoyed listening to every minute of this song! My only complaint was that it was a little confusing and hard to hear the lyrics, but great besides that. I think this is a great example of using variety in your songs, and it's great to see someone as reverred as Granfaloon working on this! It was interesting how you got all those different sounds and beats. It's nice to know that you're still out there making great stuff like this.

Pokemon?

I could have sworn I have heard nearly every "Pokemon" song out there, but this does not seem to fit anything I remember. It does not even seem like "Pokemon" in general. This didn't stop it from being a great song as it has a lot of different styles used. It almost sounded like a disco remix about a minute in. I really liked how the sound built itself down and then built itself up again for its tunes. It also managed to give off a good sense of wonder and awe, which suits it well.

Jebbal responds:

I guess only TRUE HARDCORE pokemon fans will remember this song. Its a pokemon song i swear! I like your words "wonder and awe", you're probably talking about everything that happens after the build up in the middle, I agree it does give off that feeling =)

Thanks for the review!

I haven't heard this before?

I am astonished at the fact that I apparently have never heard this song in its raw form here, given that it was used in so many entries. This works very well as a song that exists to make someone happy. I guess I may have simply heard this so many times it doesn't come off as being that special. Still, it's a very nice work of art that deserves the recognition it has gotten. It was a little repetitive in that there wasn't much variety. However, I should judge this more by how it worked to give the listener a happy feeling.

Very nice and thrilling!

I am impressed at how thrilling and adventure seeking this turned out to be. I could not recognize the original tune, but it was overall satisfying to hear this. I could definitley recognize the using of the piano, as I am reminded more and more of my old piano days. I liked how this always seemed to have a tune of sadness after awhile. It even managed to switch from there to triumphatness. All in all, I thought this was a very good mix of different tones to make something great overall.

Quite impressive

I could have sworn I heard something like this before, but it was probably a remix of the original thing. I felt that this gave off a good tone of action and adventure. Near the end, it really seemed to build up to a climax like in a video game or some other great story. It may have gotten a little repetitive, but it is still something great. It probably helps that Marvel villian "Onslaught" is one of my favorite villians. The tone sounded almost like zaniness but at the same time still being fast-paced with action.

Hades responds:

I'm not exactly aware of the existence of any remixes of this song, but it is possible, I guess. To be honest, this is one of my songs that I'm not really pleased with, as I would have probably made it very differently if I went on to re-make it right now. Still, it's good to hear you found it amusing! Thanks for commenting! ;D

It's great!

You are great in experimenting with many tones, and this is another great example! The zaniness in the beginning made it seem like it was from a Bugs Bunny cartoon. It then proceeded to have craziness in its own right and originality. It gives off the feeling of goofiness with a lot of good instruments being used. I also liked the occasional voices and echoes that were heard, despite not being able to understand it. In songs, you definitley work better making lighter and softer stuff than dark and edgy stuff as you do in flash.

This was okay

I did not think this was one of your better works, but it certainly wasn't terrible. It seems as though the longer you go on with your work, the more you use words. I kind of doubt that is your voice as you probably just used some stock sounds. This song and melody wasn't really that catchy and I couldn't follow with what was being said. The words probably were not even supposed to be the main thing and the tune was. The tune was nice, but it was not anything particularly unique.

Great song

I really admire how this manages to be a very peaceful and fun-loving song. You have captured the idea of a forest area in a video game just perfectly. I was thinking this could be used for something like the Brackenwood series? I appreciate the authentic themes like the echos and chimes everything seems to have. My favorite would probably be the parts where the sounds comes that sounds like a rattlesnake's rattle. It flows wonderfully and fits the notion of being in a forest.

A great theme

It was hard for me to pin down the theme of this song, although that didn't stop me from loving it. I thought it was more something light-hearted, but the heavy sounds made me think it was more action-like. It is great that you can combine two styles to make something of your own. I guess it does fit the idea of a "warm gun" pretty well, but it also works as a march. I was impressed at the number of instruments that you used in this. It seemed like there were chimes, maybe a piano or organ?
