Lots of fun

Of all the surreal stuff you submitted, I think this may in fact be the most surreal thing you have ever made! It started out as sort of a Super Mario Bros. pastiche, but really took off. It was about what we all grew up with and coming to realize just how ridiculous those video games were. I keep thinking your cartoons are made by stop motion or something. I love all the unique monster designs, even if some only appeared briefly. As a pastiche of video games, it surprisingly had a lot of original elements to it.

That neenja

I love this stuff because the animation is so great and it is just like something you would see in a professional cartoon. What is so good about this particular one is that we actually see the neenja fighting a monster as a ninja should. I noticed how his dad looked like Albert Einstein. It is obviously a great setting up for a much more massive fight. The fight might have been a bit better, but it is so good in principle. It is especially nice to see the neenja manage to gain character development and not just be invincible in every way.

Praise the world

I find it wonderful that people are making so artistic works about natural disasters that seem unknown to the mainstream or simply forgotten by now. It had some of the most unique animation. It makes you realize that although China has the highest population, every individual is special as is every other citizen of the world. The music is so authentic and is great for the style. It just has the most heartwarming tone I could ever think of. There will always be people looking for us and who look out for the goodness of mankind.

2007?

This is so fantastic because unlike other entries, it tries at no point to be silly. The music is so harmonic it completely draws you into the story. It starts off by seeming like it is going to be some crazy action thing but then it becomes more mundane. It is a giant social statement about who we are to ourselves and the world around us. As always, the waving animation is spectualar and adds to the surrealism. I thought of this as a journey inside our minds and what we have truly done with our lives.

One of your best

This has just got to be one of the most adorable flashes I have ever seen from one of the most adorable flash artists! You really manage to give your characters depth even if there is little voice work. Even in sketches, you fantastically animate and put dimension to everything. It really works that the girl is just so adorable and she looks like a bunny rabbit or something almost. The action scenes by themselves are great and given that it seems to have a lot of styles, it is quite unpredictable! The atmosphere is perfect.

FLAWLESS!

This is one of the most memorables flashes that I have ever come across on Newgrounds, simply because it is so adorable! It is not enough that the audio is perfect, but so is the animation! I loved how some of it sounded like English such as "sweetest Peach girl". I never even thought of Bowser as wanting Peach that way in the first place. Does he not already have a wife seeing as how he has all of those kids? Anyway, I also loved Weegee's cameo. That is exactly how a human version of Bowser should look like.

I even think the designs overall are updated to make it look more realistic. Being realistic in something as ridiculous as "Super Mario Bros" is no easy task. I also love how Bowser and Mario just have so much casual conversation. Leave it up to NicoNico for coming with some of the most memorable music imaginable! This is something that should be watched by everyone and not just Mario fans! The tone of voices with facial expressions works great too.

So worth it

It asks so many questions, like how were they able to have a jury at all if 50 years is only a few seconds? What matters the most is that it is delivered so well. I was waiting for that guy to die at the end. I think the coolest end might be when it started out with that cool CGI intro and then it goes to simplistic animation in a short case. Of course, the regular animation was really good and the mayflies were really given dimension to them. It may have been short, but its length was quite appropriate.

Love the animation

It was hard to understand the theme of this cartoon at first, but it really turned out to be sad at the end. My only complaint is that there should have been a bit more sound. It always intrigues me when people submit CGI stuff to Newgrounds. It reminds me of professional movies, and who knows, maybe someday we will have 3-D here on Newgrounds. I love how slowly the film goes as it really takes its time to deliver its message. While you may have been late, you might not have won a Daily Feature if you had submitted it on Robot Day.

Quite nice

I like this cartoon because it really knows how to place emotion in its stance. While it did not have the best animation and it was a bit predictable, it was still quite enjoyable. I think that what works the best is that I originally thought it was going to be a sillier flash with the title. It reminded me of a submission made by "Cyanide & Happiness". I was pleasently surprised to find out that it was a truly original work that was a nice character study. I know what it is like to be told to be somewhere and then have that person never show up.

yea, the feeling of someone not showing up really hurts. im glad u liked it :)

Nice plane

I enjoyed this at least a little, because the intro was not that terrible. It reminded me of classic Looney Tunes or perhaps a Woody Woodpecker cartoon. I love cats, so it is pretty funny to just see a live-action cat face dance on a plane all day. From the title, I almost thought it was a parody of "Snakes On A Plane" as "Flies On A Plane' (as in the insect). I know that you guys do not care about improving on things, so I will not bother asking you to. As expected, the music got a little annoying after awhile.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
