Dude, this was one of the wackiest things I've played in awhile! It was just unbelievable how relentless it was in how insane it is. I had absolutely no idea what insane thing was going to show up. It didn't help that each enemy took like ten hits to beat. I can still appreciate that it's an original game. That's something I always try to emphasize in my reviews.

I never would have thought there'd ever be a game where a ghost just projects himself over and over. It's kind of creepy when you think about it, but that may have been the theme. I appreciate the sounds and music too. The gameplay does move pretty smoothly. Congrats on making such a weird game!

I think the main fault with this game is that it doesn't have a lot of detail put into it. I do have to give you credit for having a pretty original idea. I guess it doesn't work that well because it doesn't seem to treat the player well. I do appreciate the fine little details, again. I think there might be a glitch because it seems to go too fast for me. At least the gameplay is fairly straight through.

I think we on this website are just more used to detailed games, which is probably why the rating isn't that high. The music made me think it would be like "Super Mario Bros" at first! I guess I was disappointed by how it wasn't. It has some good ideas, it's just not done that well. At least you managed to get medals with this.

Argoms responds:

Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I actually spent three months thinking of concepts and barely had a week to actually make this. Wasn't expecting a very good rating, I just wanted to get something made really. I might revisit this idea again, and make a more complex game out of it in the future.

This game was tested at 60fps. Newgrounds runs it at max 40 fps(seems to be capped), and my friends can play it normally at that, the problem might be with your computer?

As a huge fan of the zombie genre, I'm proud to say that I wasn't disappointed by this. It was really cool with how you had so many different weapons and so many different ways to shoot up the zombies. It was probably messy with all those empty shells lying around. This is still a really fantastic game because of all the details. The music also keeps up the beat pretty well. Again, it was nice to earn at least one medal.

I felt it wasn't that original, but it didn't matter, because it was so fun. It was great how straightforward the gameplay was. It was just you shooting up zombies over and over. The colors were good too. I appreciate the atmosphere created with the lighting.

I thought this was a fantastic game and one of the best I've ever played! I have absolutely no idea how this didn't win a single award! I freaking loved how fluid the animation looked. I think the way the character's speech bubbles are shown is probably the most creative I have ever seen in my entire life! You normally don't even think of those as being well detailed. I love the wide variety of enemies.

I also loved how a bunch of stuff just exploded whenever you touched it. It was great to live in this wonderful, colorful world. It was somewhat of an RPG with how you interacted with the other characters. Of course, I always preferred platformers over RPGs anyway. It was great to have such great mobility and it even worked well as a sort of puzzle game! This is a masterpiece!

JayArmstrongGames responds:

Wow! Thank you so so much :)

Wow, and I thought the game I played before this was weird. I still liked this game, mostly because of how easy it was to get some medals. I truly had no idea what was going on. I'm assuming I could win some way, but I think I died. I could have sworn that I saw the medals somewhere else (at least their designs). If you're a prolific reviewer, you should probably check this out.

It's certainly original enough to like. I thought maybe this was a sendup of the Kid Icarus games. The ones where he becomes an eggplant or something? I think it was mostly a game about falling from the Heavens somewhere. At least I got something out of it.

VictorGrunn responds:

Hey, thanks. Yeah, there's really not much to it - if you can rack up over 10k, you've done "the best you can really do" at this point. But it was fun to make and I learned a few things, especially since it was a 24h project for me and my artist.

This is really one of the strangest games I've played. I can't really give any spoilers on how to win the medals, because hopefully, we'll all be able to win some. I don't even think I got a medal for finding the door. I keep thinking that I have done everything I can to get medals (I have two so far) but I kind of doubt it. Thank you for giving us a truly surreal game. I like the crazy music too.

I couldn't help but think this was trying to show off some philosophy. Like how getting there was half the fun or the goal wasn't that important, maybe? I liked how the main guy was this little cube dude. Everything has a pretty cute design here. It makes no sense, but it's worth checking out.

I thought this was a really cool game! I found it to be better than the first one probably because I was more familiar with the gameplay. It also helps that there's so many different kinds of zombies and stuff to destroy. The most annoying things were probably those naked mole rat monsters. The graphics were really nice too. I chose the girl instead of the guy this time.

It was interesting how there were a certain number of waves. I was afraid the whole thing was just going to go on forever. It turned out to be extremely entertaining with all the gunshots and stuff. It's just a well rounded game. I'm glad you're continuing to make these great games!

I thought this was a fairly good game. I mean, the graphics weren't that good and it was a tad too easy, but still enjoyable. I liked how there were a lot of different pieces of music used. I should have expected Rainbow Dash to appear in this, given your sig. There should have been more detail put into everything. It was kind of funny to fight a penguin.

This game works on some levels because it has some unexpected twists and turns. I'd be lying if I said I didn't like it because it's easy to get some medals. I just think you need to improve with lines and shading. Everything seems too much of the same color. RD was easily the best designed thing here.

LapisLapines responds:

Thank you.

Well, I managed to get one medal at least. It was unbelievable how this game got hard so quickly. I mean, all games get harder as you go along, but this one was murder! On the second level in the first area, I had barely any control of what I was doing and I kept dying on the same spot! It was the part on the top where the two saw things are. I have no idea how anyone was able to get past the first area, let alone the whole game!

I also felt this could have been detailed forever, but at least it wasn't terrible. The music was fine. think the game gives off an interesting sense of wonder. It certainly made me wonder what the rest of the game was like and how I could beat it! It's just too hard to recommend.

Geez, I'm even worse at these games than I thought! I assumed that since there was so little detail put into it, it would be a piece of cake. It was anything but! The only thing I was able to do was look in the thing (I don't even know what that's called) and get the flashlight out. The graphics aren't that bad, I suppose.

It's quite impressive how you managed to make this so complicated for a game that only takes place in a car. It makes you realize it only gets more detailed from here. The ticking gets a tad annoying. Of course, that's just my fault for not being better at this game. You have really hard stuff.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
