Very bland

It is still fun to see the little 0 pt things to show up on the screen even though they do not mean everything. It would have been nice if you could have the medals on the screen like other games. This still did a pretty good job of being something easy and pointless. The weakest part is how bad the graphics are, as you should try to use the most recent Flash Player programs. I knew there was going to be a medal for quitting. Hey, I get just as many medal points for playing it as I do not playing it!

:) Thanks for the review! :) It is a bad game I know, the 2nd game I ever made

That is strange

I have to admit that this is a very educational game to play. I managed to get the "Easily" ending, not that there is much difference for an ending anyway. I doubt I will ever be stuck on a desert island, but I do believe these are helpful hints to have. I was kind of hoping there would be more gameplay, but we can not always have games like that. It was a pretty original game, but the play is so different it takes some getting used to. I also liked the jungle music that played throughout this.

Lare responds:

You should play The Secret of Monkey Island. For multiple reasons.

Happy Robot Day!

It was great to play a robot themed game for this day, but this did have some flaws. The worst part was probably how you were not given a lot of space to move around. I was firing at those things all the time and hoping they were enemies, but they were just places for powerups. I guess I have a habit of blasting everything that I find here. The game did have very smooth controls and it was nice to move around. The designs of the enemies are kind of nice as they look like green army ants.

Not too bad

I like how simple this game is, but some of the simplicity did not work that well with me. I think the weakest point is how you stay in the same place and you can not develop much strategy against the giant boss firing at you. I was not sure how to shoot, but then I realized I just had to hold the button for a longer time period. The funniest part was how I could get in different kinds of attacks. There could have been some more detail, but overall it was pretty fun to play. You really have to keep up with those bosses.

I like the riding

I was kind of ticked off by this game at first, as I had little idea how to advance. I am so glad you have the power to go along and actually ride the harpoon as it swings around. That can get hard with timing, but not impossible of course. I think the strongest points of this were probably how good the graphics were, especially how the little goldfish just swam around when you caught them. Thank you for putting the instructions in the author's comments as you can only see them once in the game. There could have been a little more detail, though.

Oh, it was cancer

I was wondering why everybody turned green when you hit them. For being something of such low quality, it actually did get kind of challenging the more it went on. I think the funniest part is how the stick figures scream when they die. It sounds like you used stock sounds of Sam Kinison or something. The weakest part is that there just really needed to have more work put into the graphics and quality. I love games that have waves, but this did not even seem to give you a reward for kills or anything.

Thanks for the review.

About the whole rewarding thing, that's why I added medals for a bit, until they decided to stop working. Whatever, thank you anyway :)

What will they come up with next?

Yep, this is definitley the record for the easiest way to get medals in a Newgrounds game. Granted, none of the points are worth anything, but it is funny to just see them go on screen. I was not expecting those Satam characters to appear at the end, so it was a nice touch. It was nice to see Tails in a larger pixellated version of himself. The weakest part is that the designs (especially the enemy) are so unfathomably cheesy. I noticed you had the World Trade Center in this which makes it look, well, weird.

LapisLapines responds:

The what trade what? Also I didn't draw Pickilow, I "borrowed" it from BanglaBoy96. He doesn't care though. Also, I love SatAM.
Thx for teh review!

Those pigs

I initially thought this was going to be something really cheap or pointless, but I was quite surprised! It has most of what you could want in a "Doom" like game. I loved the little bouncy sounds you made whenever you fired the slingshot. My only complaint is that I am unable to get past the first door in the first level! I have fired and everything and nothing is happening at all! Anyway, there was a lot of detail and you gave us a large environment even if it was not as detailed as, say, "Doom".

That was weird

This is definitley the first time I played a game where you spotted the differences and it actually had medals. I was really impressed by the unique design that was shown in the cut scenes. It was kind of disappointing to find that this was not an action game in itself as I had no idea it would be this! Of course, I am generally bad at RPG's anyway. I notice how the first couple of things are so easy to find given that there are so many to find. Then of course, along comes the time when it is impossible to find anything.

Fairly realistic

I thought this was good, but mostly because it managed to have a really interesting thing to it and still managed to be realistic. Now, I will say that I was just not impressed at all with the animation. I guess in terms of simulation, I am used to better animation used by Sim City and stuff. Still, the Sims have had supernatural stuff all the time, so this is definitley more realistic. The coolest part is probably with how you can play a game while in this game itself in the arcade! Overall, it was pretty fun.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
