While not one of my favorites, this was still a good game. I just liked how simple it was. I had no idea there would be obstacles in this. It's nice to see a layout that's easy to understand. No, I'm not stupid, I just like it that way. The music is pretty killer in this. I don't know why random blocks would be on the road.

Of course, a serial killer not getting caught doesn't make much sense either. I thought the graphics were pretty impressive. It could have used more variety. Donkeys must be fun to ride. His hat on the menu screen makes him look like Ash Ketchum.

I must say, this was a lot more entertaining than I thought it was going to be. I thought it wouldn't be much fun at all, because I couldn't get far in it. It took me awhile to get used to the controls. I think this is one of the best games created for an NG game. My only problem was how you had to press "E" to pick something up. There was a nice variety of enemies.

Happy fourth of July! I guess that doesn't mean anything now, but whatever. I think the music was quite stylistic. I'm not even sure how I know what my score is. Overall, this was very good once you get used to it.

Guy-Unger responds:

Ah, thank you so much! Yea you're not the only one with that problem but I can't really think of a good alternative.

It's hard to recommend a game you have such little comprehension of. I really should have known that this was part of another NG game jam. I didn't understand why there wasn't any sound in it when I played it. I was thinking it was some mistake as there was sound in the cutscenes. It's hard to look for medals when you don't know what any of them are. The graphics weren't terrible, I guess.

I was just looking for something easier to understand. I didn't know how to jump or anything. I imagine you just have to go into the other lane. It's pretty unique, I suppose. I'm not much a fan of the original game.

WingDemon responds:

Well, to answer some of your questions bro, there was music. I guess it didn't work for you for some reason, try checking your flash version and sound settings. The medals are all for doing normal parts of the game so you earn them just by playing the game, we didn't want to force people into certain circumstances (like making them use the editor just to earn a medal) so we made them hidden. And the graphics were an homage to classic NES games like Excitebike and Megaman and stuff.

anyway thanks for trying it out, glad you thought it was unique.

I was quite turned on by this. I think the best thing is how well it's paced. I don't know what green monsters are doing attacking Santa, but it's fun to play! My only complaint is that I think the controls could be better. The jump button shoudl be "W", not "D". That's just what most people do.

I think the graphics are quite nicely done. I like how loud and big the sound effects were. It took a lot of shots to take just one of these guys down. It's great to see Santa in such good action. The music was stylistic too.

Well, what can I say? While there are some complaints, it was overall freaking fantastic. How is it that I got a score of over 3,000 but didn't get that achievement? Do I have to have exactly a 3,000 score? How do I switch weapons? I appreciate how this has the best designs of anything so far in the series.

It's been too long since you submitted one of these. I think the music and sound effects are all great! There are so many good customizations and it's layed out in a very organized manner. There's actually an ending to these levels instead of just playing over and over. Granted, I wouldn't have had a problem if it was just the same thing over and over. You showed true creativity.

Well, I'm quite impressed with how high a score this managed to have. That being said, it's not one of my favorites. I have not seen the other ones, but it doesn't seem that unique. I actually did enjoy this. It's mostly because I managed to get pretty far in it. Sasuke was kind of stupid in this. I don't know if I even trapped him or if he just plays like that.

The worst thing about it is the graphics. I do think the powerups are done pretty well. I've found that the best way to win is to go to the top of the screen and just work your way down until the end. In fact, that probably applies for all games like this. The music was decent.

I was interested in seeing what kind of game this would be. I thought it could be a defense game, but it's a fighting one. Here's the thing I don't like. It just comes off as too generic for me at times. There doesn't seem to be a lot going on with the designs. I still appreciate the Christmas theme.

Something about the voice used here just made me laugh. I think it is kind of interesting the way they fight. If only I could know which Santa I am. It does have a cute overtone to it. If you're a fan of these kinds of games, you should check it out.

Congradulations on winning three awards! If you had just gotten a Daily Feature, you would've gotten the big 3! You should know what I'm talking about. I think the secret to why this game is so good is how you can work so much with it. If something goes wrong, just try it again. I like games that give you a lot of chances. I mostly just got by through process of elimination.

It is kind of hard to tell these guys apart. It really does remind you of the old Xiao Xiao games. What happened to the guy who made them anyway? I love this music and how well it fits the game. There's a good sense of hard work put into this.

It's always interesting to see what kind of things will be in the next buttons game. I've grown attached to these kinds of games over time. It helps that there are a lot of different ways to play. Normally, a simplistic design would hurt it, but it works just fine here. You also have a great selection of music. I like how you can change buttons.

That doesn't really affect the gameplay, but it's cool to look at. I never knew touching buttons could bring about so many results! You know how to create variants of the same thing. While you're not one of my favorite artists, you're still good. It's nice to be customizable.

I thought this did have some pretty good ideas, but there was one major thing against it. The graphics weren't that good at all. It's because you just fought the same enemies and the lines and shadings were pretty bad. It's a pity, because there really are some good ideas being presented here. The best is probably how you get to count down the number of hits it takes to kill a robot. I didn't need to take the tutorial.

It's pretty easy to understand. I just think there should be more detail, like maybe have the player go into different places instead of just the same area for the same level. It gets a little montonous. It's still presented in a nice and clear cut manner. The upgrades are good too.
