Here's yet another weird submission from ebolaworld. Okay, he was just a voice, so it might not count. Anyway, I have never heard of Grumpy Cat before. Since there are an infinite number of cat celebrities on the Internet, I wouldn't doubt if he existed. I do think it's a bit too short. At least it's funny to see his eyes get clawed out.

Of course, if we could injure people who humilated us, Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer would be murdered by now. He looks a tad cute in his outfit. I guess it was a bit predictable, but still decent. I saw this on a link from another recent ebolaworld cartoon (one you were billed). I was wondering why it was recommended.

ZenithQuinn responds:

It's mostly just my work, ebolaworld just helped me out with the owner's voice!

Wow, here's yet another strange entry from you. I think the main hook was how dull you sounded. This has to be the first time the word "trope" was used in a Newgrounds submission. That really is becoming popular. Anyway, it was interesting to see all the lame montages. You forgot "Metroid" where a woman does stuff.

I don't know, I haven't played the game. It's interesting to have a submission like this posted on this website. It's always great when you submit different kinds of things here. There are so many links to your other cartoons here. It's pretty good overall.

Ah, I was amazed at how this may in fact have the highest rating of anything on the site so far. Yet, I still have to not give it the full rating. It just seems too short. You had made a trailer for this series, but this is almost as long as it! I still love this, because it's great to see this fantastic animation again. Everyone appears in character so well.

You just have no clue where it's headed. I thought the three headed dinosaur was going to pretend to kill them and they'd both collect the bounty. It turned out to be something much more well done. Maybe people will think they're zombies or poop in the next episode? I knew there'd be big boobed women in this.

HappyHarry responds:

This is short because it's not a real episode, just something to tide people over until episode 2. Episode 1 (which you can view here) is 3 and a half minutes long :)

Dude, this is the first time I've ever seen this feature where movies are promoted at the end of a movie. They aren't even movies made by you! Of course, that would make sense, as this is the only cartoon I've seen from you. I was quite impressed at how awesome everything was. I never thought I would see a submission from you again! It's great that someone so talented is still around.

I was recommended the "There She Is!!" cartoons. I really was reminded of those when I was playing this. Granted, this is a lot more violent. It's true that good things are worth waiting. I especially like the giant bear boss!

HAPPYandSMILE responds:

Thank you for your interest in Happy&Smile
I spent a lot of time preparing.
This piece was created just by myself and no one else was involved.
So it might not be perfect but please enjoy:)
I will keep doing my best!

I was really interested in this at first. I admit that it kind of got less interesting as it went on, but still very good. I think the funniest bit is probably at the beginning. It helps that the animation is as gorgeous as ever. It just seems to really fit the world of these talking foods. It's too bad the Annoying Orange has a monopoly on that aspect of Internet culture.

I think it would have been funnier if the clam (or whatever he was) got to say what could have been easier. It's great to see how dumb the knife is. I was confused as to why they were testing him like that. When he got his rage back, it all made sense! You made yet another great cartoon!

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks ericho.

It looks like this was meant to be some kind of anti-movie. It was strange with how surreal it was. I knew bodily fluids of some kind were going to show up. This get 3 stars instead of 2 and a half because you threw in that cool little song in the credits. I guess I'm glad it wasn't an infinite loop. I still have to give you props for having great animation.

John Kricfalusi would, once again, be proud. I think my favorite bit is when Sonic has yellow eyes and points to Dr. Robotnik. I have learned to expect non-sequitor stuff from you. I thought Sonic was going to jump on the box and crush the animals. It was probably even worse.

golfinho responds:

i dont understand but i agree.

I just thought this was so cool! I think it was mostly because it reminds me so much of the classic Street Fighter games. I don't know about this contest you are talking about. There are so many of them on this website I lose track. The red guy looks like a reptile of some kind. I wouldn't expect a reptile to have a sixpack, but I'm not a herpetologist.

The animation moves so wonderfully fluid here. It's pretty much as good as anything else you've worked on. You remind me of golfinho, only not as disgusting. That is probably why I like you more. The work with the shadows is nice too.

TheBoogley responds:

Thanks again for your review, It's great to have your opinion on my work! :D
LoopdeLoop is an animation challenge site that I have been running for a while.

I was wondering why this did not have the name "Shamoozal" on it. I thought it was just going to be a live-action sequence at first. I guess that probably wouldn't have worked out well for the website. Then again, the "Numa Numa Dance" was live-action. I thought this was a neat little tribute. It's too bad I never played these games as a kid.

I was more of a Mario guy. It was really cool to incorporate different styles for everything. You all these scenes by yourself? Impressive! I think my favorite was probably the Contra part, with the ghost and everything.

Shamoozal responds:

I almost didn't post this video because of the live action stuff, I wasn't sure if it was going to fly. And yes I handled everything in this video, all of the animated sequences and the live action stuff. Glad you liked it.

I thought this wasn't as good as the first one. It just seems kind of random with how the gag is done. I do have to praise you for having some good voices. They really do sound a lot like the original characters. I think this is probably even how the characters would really react in a situation like this. I thought it said "In a nutshell" in the title.

Speaking of which, that "X In A Nutshell" meme really died off. Maybe in another cartoon, he could be in an actual nut shell? I think the catch phrase way reference how turtles do have shells that form a 360 angle. To think, I was bad at geometry. The animation isn't bad either.

DragoonFenix15 responds:

You might have the wrong dude - I didn't work on any "Nutshell" movies.

I'm surprised that something with such a high rating didn't get a bigger award. I agree that it is a great cartoon. I think my favorite part was at the end when everything came into that big eye. Then again, that also made me sad that it was over. I think this could have been longer. You were really experimenting in this awesome cartoon.

I also appreicated the great music. It does seem kind of an oxymoron to have dreams while on caffeine. Maybe they're supposed to be daydreams or hallucinations? If so, it can't be going well for you. I also loved the monsters that appeared to grab you.

Dojang responds:

Hi- Yeah, wasn't a good day for awards, I was up against a Minecraft parody, and a TF2 fanimation. Thanks for your support.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
