More of the same

It seems like there was not much point in making this, as it is quite similar to the previous one. I just wished this would have been longer again! I am still surprised your music was not used by MindChamber as not only is it great but it seems so familiar. It just has the right combination of action and surrealism that makes Madness Combat so enjoyable. I could not even tell it was sped up that much as only parts of it seem sped up. I am not sure how to explain that, but anyway, this was great.

No sweat the full version of this song was used in one of Tom Fulp and Mindchamber games! :)

Tom Fulp liked it at least!

This is so familiar that I am very surprised that it was not used in a single submission here! You made something great because you tried to create something that has such a holy sound. When you add darkness to it, it becomes perfectly appropriate for Madness! My favorite was probably at the beginning where it seemed like the song was being played backwards. Of course, it is also great with the more ambitious parts. It kind of makes me a bit sad this was not longer.

blackzilver responds:

Yeah it was after all a demo track. Thanks though for the review. An dsorry for the late respond since i dont visit my account much :(

Very flashy!

This was just so much fun to listen to because it had so much style. Not only is it an appropriate song for Madness Combat, but really any great action flash! What really works here is that it has a spectacular sense of wonder and adventure! It is not even so much about violence as it is about excitement. It is extremely powerful music which makes you think of some great conductor or someone with god-like powers. Everything is just jumping all around here but it still has organization.

I remember the flash!

It was pretty interesting to finally review the song that was featured in that flash I saw. It was obvious I had heard someone do something like this before. I think there were not entirely gun sounds as I could have sworn that I heard some grunts or yells in it. It is simply fascinating with how you can make an entire song of nothing but violent sounds. Everything is just synched up so well and it truly gives you the feeling of Madness Combat. I hope you have as a good a day this year as I will as these submissions have sure gotten me prepared!

Okay

It is hard to review something that is so short, but this was probably not the worst thing I have ever heard. If it had any strong points, it would be that it does manages to jput a lot in despite being only 14 seconds long. I am not sure what this had to do with Madness Combat. It seemed more like an "All Your Base" tribute. I have no clue if this will be featured in any Madness submission, besides possibly your own. It does get a bit annoying after listening to it for such a long time.

Ok so if I originally did a 2:10 music vid u would like it WITH DIFFERENT PARTS
like the sparta remix it would be better

Suits Madness

I am glad to review songs like this in the upcoming Madness Day of this year. While it could have used a bit more variety, this was still great to listen to, because it was really cool. I want to know how you managed to make that cool robot voice. It seems like this could have also been used for Robot Day, know that I think about it. The technological tune is really good and keeps itself up for the entire song. There seemed to be a theme of something being distorted during the weirder parts of the song.

It is madness!

With all the flashes I have seen on Newgrounds, this definitley is something that was used for Madness Combat. It gives off a great feeling of instability which is the theme of MC in the first place. It also has a great tone of adventure and journeying into the madness of a character like Hank. I suspect it will also be used for things this coming Madness Day. The style is almost Christmasy or some dark winter theme. This builds up and shows off tension perfectly and is a must listen for any Madness fan.

Overall great

I enjoyed listening to this because it had a really good style to it that believed in its style. While it did get repetitive at times, in the end it was great to listen to. The tone here seemed to be mysteriousness or something like that. There were also parts that made it seem like it was taking place in the big city as it faintly reminded me of slums. It was almost trying to imitate the stereotypical ghetto place. It definitley gets better as it goes on and when something has no lyrics, you really need to have author's comments.

I kept thinking of Baman

This was a fun thing to listen to, because it came across as pretty demented. This definitley sounds familiar so I have probably heard of the original song even if I do not recognize the name. It seems like this could be used for the upcoming Madness Day. Of course, as MD is so broad in what it delivers, most songs could be appropriate for that. At times, it seemed as though you were on a keyboard that was just winding off. The original guy obviously has a talent for bass as it comes off great here.

The best!

I keep thinking of Plankton from "Spongebob Squarepants" when I see this title. This is a wonderfully made song because it is simply chock full of ambition. It is the kind of song that makes you sad when it is over, even if it is longer than the average audio submission. I also love how it begins and ends the same way. There are some good transitions here, but the best thing it sticks to its basic music which is simply fantastic. I could easily hear this in a professional short cartoon.

Pezmobile responds:

Wow Thanks dude. I really wasn't thinking of plankton from spongebob at all when i named it. I just picked something random and catchy.
