Quite nice!

This has got to be one of the lengtheist descriptions that I have ever read. To me, the theme of this was fighting in a war and getting a big battle or something like that done. It's interesting how you have made so many changes to this. There was even a sci-fi feel to it because of some laser like sounds. The beat was well paced for 3 minutes (or really any time) and it had a lot going for it. All in all, it has a lot of style and a technique that is pretty much something you made on your own.

Well.. thank you for this... but I'm sure I've improved and progressed a lot. more since this song. This is one of my not good but not bad kind of songs.. But thanks.

Nice title

I knew this sounded familiar and it was nice to find out it came from one of my favorite games. I felt that it did have a feeling of good and bad things going on at the same time. It is sort of spooky, but I think a better description would be to say that it sounds conniving or cunning. I liked the beats used in this that fit well with the theme. It doesn't sound as much as a fight scene, as it is something for a war. I guess I am glad it was used for that, even if that wasn't its intended purpose.

3 hours?!

I have yet to submit anything to the audio portal, but I felt it strange that this took 3 hours to make. I'd like more detail into the methods and programs used, but I'm digressing. This had a really nice tune that you made up on your own. I think it does live up to the theme of running past the time, not as in time traveling put racing against the clock. It kind of gave me the feeling of silhouetted cartoon mice. I don't know why, this just had a pretty goofy feeling in it that made me think of that.

dicennian responds:

There is a lot of detail to do, just that I didn't. I'm still learning, the songs takes more and more time the more I do.

I know that now!

I can easily recognize that as being the music used in "Madness Accelerant", one of my favorite games. It's strange because it doesn't seem that entertaining in its raw form. Still, it's a great piece of music that at least helped me to enjoy the game very much. I don't know how long the game takes to beat, but I don't recall this being played more than once in it. That may be because it's such great music you don't really care. I liked the mysterious and escalating themes this gave off.

Pretty good

This didn't attempt to be that flashy or anything, but it was simply good. It was hard to discover the theme, as I guess you didn't really have one as described. I'm not sure if this was perhaps made for a test drive or something like that, but it's good for a test thing. I was thinking of the "genome" theory in science when hearing of this. Maybe it was meant to be a combination of various things to make something whole? I did think it had some good variety, but it just wasn't that catchy.

Quite nice

I guess it's becoming more custom to have pauses in your songs. This didn't really give off much of a feeling of action as it did a feeling of taking something away. While I'm not sure what "devoluted" means, I'll bet it is taking away something. I was impressed by the minor technological sounds this made. I look forward to listening to this if it ever does have vocals. It isn't the best of songs, but by adding stuff like vocals, it could be really good.

Long

At first I was thinking this was going to have a lot more put into it as time went on. It was funny to hear the chimes as it reminded me of Christmas time which is coming near. I was also impressed by how you managed to at least keep up my interest for a good 8 minutes. I usually gives 10's to songs that can do something that long. The one flaw in this one is that it needed more variety and it did somewhat seem like the same music over again. It was still a very solemn and pleasant song at least.

No bill

When I first read the title, I thought this was going to be something about the stimulus package everyone's been talking about. I guess I'm glad it was a much more lighthearted subject about stimulus as in an animal. Since I've heard so many audio stuff, it's a bit hard to find things that the most original. Still, this has a really optimistic beat and I appreciate your little commentary (author's comments) on it. It seems to be pretty fast and has a bunch of things going on. I like songs that do that.

Very stylistic

Well, after listening to something that paused twice, I think this paused quite a few times. In that way, it's like you are breaking it up into segments that may not be that different. It's great how you're able to show a rising and falling sound in such a clear way. I honestly do not hear that in a lot of audio submissions and I feel like I should. I was impressed by the style and the kinds of instruments being used. My brother and I do indeed take anti depressants, but I have never even heard of this sertraline.

td6d responds:

Thanks! This is great to hear. The name 'sertraline' is meant rather ironic since the song is kinda depressive and all ^^
