What a nice quaint game

The coolest thing about this game was that the graphics were just plain gorgeous! I loved interacting with this amazing environment. It's also a game where you can just run around and play with it as long as you like. I find it a bit odd a robot has a human son, but whatever. This was tons of fun because it just had such a great sense of authenticness to it and it wasn't mean spirited or too elaborate or anything like that. The music is also really cool.

Normally, I don't like these games that much because there isn't a lot of action. What it lacked in action, it made up for in how detailed it was. I also like the idea of this robot existing in this otherwise more nature-like world. Don't make the better stuff like that until Robot Day! I appreciated the homey feeling and the good sound effects.

Ericho,

I am very happy to hear that you experienced what I intended! Thanks for the great review :D

Very straightforward

This is a game that really works because it's fairly easy to understand. I guess I might be degrading myself by saying that, but it's still great fun. Of course, don't think that means this is an easy game at all. The problem is that a lot of players get cocky and don't know how much worse it's going to be. Granted, I still built the ships as fast as I could, but you get the idea. It was really cool to be able to see such nice designs.

While the animation was not that great, it made up for it in terms of gameplay. I could just sit here all day and watch these little ships fight each other. It's cool how it's so easy to change what kind of weapons you use. I kept thinking the title meant "four" like it was the fourth in the series. The music also keeps you pumped up.

Best ever!!

Woah, I had no idea that I was going to stumble upon one of the most addictive games I have ever played! It's just fantastic with how you are able to just move around and do whatever you want! You always have to be careful firing that gun so as not to get rid of the blocks you were standing on. I loved how you got so many chances when the blocks fell on you. It was hard to tell whether or not they were even supposed to reach the top. The only problem was that I tried too hard to get the 5 pt medal.

The ironic thing? I actually got the far more valuable 25 pt medal and didn't even notice it! It's amazing how much you can get done if you really put yourself up to something. The best part was when a bunch of them came down at one time. That gave you a lot more blocks to shoot and it was fairly easy to not take damage. As the first thing you have ever submitted to this website, good show, my man!

Okay, this is the highest rated

This was pretty fascinating to play because it's amazing how this was made in such a short time. I can tell it's H.P. Lovecraft because the thing on the door great resembles Cthulthu. What was also cool was how you made it a bit of a puzzle game. I am no good at point 'n click games, but can appreciate all the hard work put into making them. Even if it wasn't the longest time to make, it definitley took talent. The music created a very creepy atmosphere.

It did get a bit annoying when you were trying to concentrate, but you could turn it off. This is a very interesting story in its own right. I had little success getting that far, but great visuals are at least essential for something like this. It seems like we got a lot of good works out of this jam. I guess you could say a lot of it is improvised.

Wait, three days?

It is interesting to find out what got the highest rating in this NG Game Jam. The coolest thing was how you were able to just run around everywhere and use your environment. Robinson Crusoe happens to be a book I have read. I couldn't help but think of "African Dudes" with those guys and their masks. How courageous they are to just show us their flopping penises. The voicework is great and all of them are distinct.

The funniest part was probably when the master said all those things which just meant "bye". Granted, I'm going to need a strategy guide/walkthrough to finish this. I am amazed this was created in such a short time because the artwork is so good. This seems more like the kind of thing that would take months to make! You, JAZZA, always go well in these game jams.

Flash shooter?

What I found interesting about this was that it really did work out as a shooting game. At first I thought it was going to be an RPG with all the dialogue at the beginning. Of course, that's nothing to complain about as you can simply skip it. What was cool was how there was a unique design for every level. Everything seemed kind of mundane at first, with how it was a dream, but then it got more interesting. The character designs are pretty interesting as well.

It has all the features of a good shooter in terms of gameplay. It's unique because you have little idea what is going to happen next. I am surprised at how well I did getting rid of all the bosses the first time I encountered them. Too bad I could not figure out how to even use most of the powerups. At least the gameplay was pretty straightforward.

So nicely detailed

This is a good game because of how well detailed it is. It's amazing that you were able to come up with such great colors and a good sense of happiness created. The things that weighed it down was that there were not a lot of things going on as it seemed, but still cool to look at. The dog looked a lot like an armadillo. Well, obviously that was the intention with the name of the game and all. These colors are just so amazingly lush.

The music also does a good job of soothing the player. It's just that I would expect this to have more variety instead of just going over the same hills over and over. It's still worth playing and checking out. It's especially cute how the dog sounds when he barks. I have little idea what diamonds would have to do with anything, but it's fairly fun.

Am I the only ones who loves this?

It really reminds me of the game Chinese checkers, which is something I play with my mom all the time. It's really cool to see just how far you can get in this game. It's a great game of experimentation. I am glad it informs you when you have lost and when there are no combinations left, as I would have never figured that out myself. While there isn't much in terms of graphics, it makes up for it in terms of how fun it is. If you like a good puzzle game, be sure to check this out.

Everything just looks so authentic. It doesn't matter if there isn't much design, because you have so much fun trying to figure out how to beat it. Sometimes, you have to just play with it, as you might expect with a game like this. While not a noted game, at least someone like me played it. It even makes a cute sound when you get ahead.

Interesting submission

While not the best in the NG Game Jam this time around, it was still good. I guess it doesn't help that this was easily the most difficult of any game I had played so far. What does matter is that it has positive points in terms of the animation as well as the sound. It was pretty satisfying to be able to at least cause some damage to Moby. How wonderful it is people are embracing classic literature in any way they can. You can just keep pressing the attack button to at least get the 10pt medal.

You really know how to create a dark and creepy atmosphere. While it's still pretty cartoony, it's somewhat faithful to the original story. I think I read it, but maybe that was just a movie version I saw. It's good to see how cool those spears look when you throw them everywhere. You should right click and "Play" to go ahead of the opening scene.

Sweet game!

Probably the only reason I love this game so much is because I'm really good at it. The only medal I seem to be having trouble with is the one with the 30X combo. This was just awesome and it was amazing you came up with this. It's a great theme to talk about literary classics. I bet a lot of people don't even know that "Jaws" was based on a movie at all. It was great to look at the most popular stuff out there in terms of literature, as reading isn't that popular enough.

The music was great as well. The protagonist of this game kind of looked like Luis to me for some reason. Whatever the intended design was, it was great to play because you had to keep an open mind out for everyone. I think my favorite transformation would be Harry Potter because he can fly and destroy any obstacle out of the ordinary. I also love how fast paced it is.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
