Forever indeed!

It's works like this that make me realize how many talented voice actors we have here. In fact, this is simply a great way to get careers started of that kind! What I like about this is how realistic it is. It doesn't try to be flashy or even have a lot of violence, it's more of a slice of life story. You never thought a slice of life Pico story could be entertaining, huh? I love how the one guy looks just like a Tankman with his goggles.

The voices seemed really good in this and there was great emotion into what they were saying. You could really get a sense that these characters had personality. For three minutes, this was actually fairly long for a single scene in a flash cartoon. It was great to have all that music too. I do hope this gets made into a full fledged cartoon.

How'd I miss this?

This was a fairly strange submission because it was so long. I think it had a running time of a total of seven or eight minutes. I know that doesn't sound like much, but that is fairly long for a Madness cartoon. My favorite element was how well detailed all of the enemies were. I always like the idea that these characters came from a labrotory. They are just so lacking in facial or any other features, they have to be artificially created.

The animation was nice and slick in this. It was one of the few Madness flashes I had seen where the guy dodged obstacles. I think he died a total of five times, but I'm not sure. It was hard to keep count of how many people died, because some of them died more than once. About halfway through, I pretty much quit counting.

A different kind of submission

I guess my problem with this is that I know little about Rayman. Gee, I have just seen so many video game parodies, it's hard to believe there's one I'm not familiar with! The coolest thing about this is the scene where he gets high. You have to look closely for all the crazy things that whizz past the screen. If you look closely, you can see Pikachu dressed as Batman. It was hard to follow this, because I had no idea where it was going.

Of course, I can still recognize good humor as this certainly had it. I was in no way expecting this to be a sketch thing like asdf. The animation is pretty slick for what it's worth. I wish I could be in a land with chocolate and marshmellows (if those even were marshmellows). This was very non-seqiutor, and that made it enjoyable.

Is it your fault?

It's too bad that the "Play" button does not work for this. I am thinking that you could just look harder to find out what it is you were missing the first time. Now, there actually are a few things here that I can judge. Hey, this is like when I give fairly long reviews to single art pieces! The animation in this doesn't seem that good. I guess it doesn't help that there are no shadings at all. I do admit that you chose something good for the music.

You also have a fairly nice description of this. I bet that if this was made into a full fledged submission, it could become fairly high rated. I wish I knew how you make that backwards "A" thing in the author comments. I am sorry your hard work isn't being shown. Tryggvi is a pretty cool name and this seems to have good ideas.

Meow meow meow

Wow, that was a pretty bizarre submission, even by you. I think it might be the first really good submission I've seen that existed on an infinite loop that wasn't a music video. Were you just not able to make it normal this time? Whatever the cause, the artwork is just fantastic is this. I especially love the way the cat just meows over and over while he's dancing. No wonder videos that like are popular on the Internet.

It got its funniest probably when he mentioned putting on the duck suit. Yes, we all have our sick fetishes. The coloring, while gray, was interesting as it set a sort of old tone. It's weird for something older to have the Internet on it. The voices are nicely synched and I also liked how you really didn't know what was going to come next.

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks ericho. surely we don't ALL have our sick fetishes.

What?

Well, I have to give you guys credit for having some good animation. I was reminded of the pyramid from the dollar bills, I knew that was familiar. My main problem with this is that nothing seems to happen. I don't understand the joke of how God doesn't exist. I mean, yes, I can understand how that could be a joke in itself, but what does it have to do with going skating? At least you had talented people helping you.

I just want something to have a lot more of a punchline. It was good with how everything seemed to be designed in a specific way. I guess it's supposed to represent how God is scared or something? I know I would feel that way if I ever went to a skating park. This was perhaps your strangest submission, but it looks like an experiment.

How strange

Well, this was easily one of the most messed up flashes I've seen in a long time. Normally, when I see violence like that, I expect something funny to go with it. Then again, maybe dark humor wasn't the way for this. It was basically just clay people chopping themselves up and each other. I guess it really did show you how bad it was to be dumped. It's amazing how disgusting the human body can be when it's mutilated.

I mean, it was certainly unpredictable. I was in no way thinking he was going to cut the lower half of his jaw off or anything. The rat was a really weird thing too. I guess that if you're into truly disgusting and bizarre stuff, check this out. I guess I was hoping it would have more of a plot. I am glad this was put under "Experimental" as it doesn't really fit anywhere else.

Not too bad

I thought this certainly had its good points. It might not be something that I would recommendable, because there were many flaws. I guess I didn't like it how it was so short. This reminded me of the characters Fluffy and Uranus from the cartoon "Duckman". It was pretty sweet to see these teddy bears being so awesome. Hey, maybe that's why I thought ROTJ was the best in the Star Wars series. It also seemed a bit too wide.

I thought this was a game at first, because it seemed like there was too much empty space. I think my favorite part is when the wall starts collapsing. I was in no way expecting there to be so many more of those teddy bears on the way. Blood and swords make everything cooler. The music was pretty good, but could have been a bit more clear.

Had a good punchline

I really wasn't that interested in this, because so little seemed to be happening. It didn't help that the voices and animation weren't that good. I suggest you try working on those things because it is hard to enjoy. I was not expecting that final thing with the guy who looked gay appearing. It kind of puts into perspective how much people use that term. It's been done so many times it doesn't have its meaning anymore.

You do really have to create higher quality animation. Everything just seemed so squiggly and stuff in this. I think you might have been too close to the mike or something as the voices came off as so rough. You have good writing, just try to put some more good stuff in it. It does look pretty dated by the standards of today.
