Bit anti-climatic

It's interesting to look back and see how far you have come with this series. This was a good flash in itself, but it does kind of pale in comparison to your later work with the "Zanta Claws" series. I thought every year was going to be a perfect addition of three, but I was wrong. It was cool how you had the song being used as part of the dialogue, or really the only dialogue. This seemed to focus a lot on music, especially with the use of the "Bird Is The Word" song. Those things never get old, do they?

It's hard to suggest for improvement because you got better. This also seemed to be fairly gag based as it was mostly just slapstick. It was still kind of interesting to see it play out it as a shaggy dog story. He had all those flashbacks and it was like he was going to make it different this year, but it was not. Also a nice touch to include the image of him with his tongue stuck in the credits.

Cute

For being a series about demons, this has to be one of the most adorable things I have ever seen. It gets better later in the series, but this is still fantastic. I do kind of wish that you would find a voice actress for Etna. While I am the kind of guy who will jump at any oppurtunity for voices, I still can not do girls very well. Anyway, I love how the emotions are put so perfectly into these characters. It is great that you are adding your own material because this is just so good it seems like it could be done by the game creators themselves!

I have not played the games but I have seen some cutscenes and am aware of their style. I always thought that Laharl looked like either Simon or Kamina from "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann". The blue hair is always an awesome design. I like how fed up he is with everything and how the prinnies have a great personality. Etna herself manages to really make it character driven through her cute demeanor.

Not much

I have decided to give you a "1" because you have introduced me to yet another clock. Of course, I have seen so many of them I have lost track. I hope you had a great Clock Day as it was certainly better than the one I had with my submission. I assume the main author is supposed to be a parody of HappyHarry perhaps? It got annoying with how the music kept going on and on. You should try out for an off switch or something next time.

I can not tell what your true intentions were for this, oh wait, now I realize it was spam. Well, it looks like you certainly got your wish. Next time, I think you should try having a lot more going on instead of just a single screen. If it is a single screen, then you probably should put in some audio about your political views or something meaningful. I guess the animation of KidneyClock is not too bad.

harryjarry responds:

KidneyClock is a clock that you don't want to lose track of! Keep that in mind!! It was a great Clock Day if I recall correctly! I hope you have a better one next time! Oh no, the username harryjarry has nothing to do with HappyHarry (I've heard Hamy-jamy too, haha). Maybe next Clock Day we'll go for something more complex!

Spam? If that means fun! Our political views are the KidneyClock should be king! And rule all! KidneyClock appreciates your comments and will remember them after the crown has been taken!

Take that, clown!

This was fun because I had some trouble understanding how it worked. I thought I was clicking on the artwork and that was it and then I was mad at getting ripped off, but then I realized it had not started yet! I believe the dark character is the Auditor. It was great to hear him talk or for that matter, hear anybody talk in a Madness cartoon. He is just going to resurrect the clown again for Hank to kill. It's great that you managed to put so much style in something that's been done so many times.

It's like you really went out of your way to make this different than other Madness tributes. I do kind of prefer the other kinds better, but this was still a great experiment. The animation was really cool and weird, like how the guns had a red tint to them. It's just great to see Hank really move around and destroy his environment when you set him up in a place that lets him do that. Even if you got no award, at least you managed to get a high score for that day!

New series?

While I guess I'm really late on seeing the beginning of something new, this was still fun to watch. It's too bad I was not able to tell it was Korean. I suppose that most Asian countries use those letters different than that of the English characters. It had no plot, but a lot of great things on Newgrounds are like that anymore. The best part was how you tried to make the characters really look adorable. Now, it did have weaknesses, especially with how the animation could have been better.

I did not quite get the end with the other two characters as the first part was better. I am glad this was not just an intro and it turned out to be a full cartoon (if short). As something for a test, it was fairly decent. Many times when I hear someone say they're doing a "test", it's just a single flash trick. It reminded me of classic "Looney Tunes" cartoons with the mountain and stuff blowing up.

24 hours?

This was a very impressive feat for you guys and I am glad you are all becoming more famous on this website. You each put worth a unique style to this collab. It seems like ninjas get all the glory these days, so it makes sense to throw in some samurai. It is hard to judge this as a whole thing because every individual part was good. Yes, some were certainly better than others, but overall it weaves to make a great collab. I have little idea on how historically accurate this is, but I doubt I should care.

The music is impressive as well and really fits the theme of the collab. You guys also seemed to work hard to make sure each scene fit the music. There was real creativity in this as I had no idea what enemy would show up next. There were ninjas, a scarecrow thing, and some main ninja guy. Oh, and yes, I heard the Wilhelm Scream! I did find it a little humorous, but a lot more mystical and violent.

Poor guy

When I heard of "Flounderman" it was something from an episode of "Spongebob Squarepants". The strange thing was that this did not seem to be about anybody who was like a flower. Heck if I even know what "Kombuchanan" means. The best part of this was easily seeing how great the giant robot looked like. It seems like you were really mocking the anime robot genre by showing that and ending up with a fail. It is a pity this was not submitted on Clock Day.

Then again, you had a different logo (which seems to show StrawberryClock with a vagina or something?) so you probably intended it to be something different. Not that SBC would probably even mind. This was better than a lot of other clock things people submitted that got high scores at least. The animation with the giant monster was not that great, but I doubt you cared. Maybe you can show the robot in use next time.

KombuchananClock responds:

You write way too many reviews, dude.

Pretty outrageous

This is a really funny cartoon because it completely relishes in how ridiculously stupid it is. You even commented that the animation was terrible in the credits. It's great as always to see Oney and Almightyhans working together. The animation in this was actually really good, especially the scene where the woman gets incinerated. It is also great that this guy is just so cool in how his gun blasts the laser and stuff. The only thing I did not like was that it seemed to end a little too early.

This was still fun to watch and you really have no idea what to expect when it first shows Barrack Obama on screen. Hey, no planes have been attacked under his administration! The real selling point is how stupid the woman sounds as she talks about the president. For something fairly short, it had a lot going on. If this was ever made into a game, I have little doubt it would be great.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
