Meow meow meow

Wow, that was a pretty bizarre submission, even by you. I think it might be the first really good submission I've seen that existed on an infinite loop that wasn't a music video. Were you just not able to make it normal this time? Whatever the cause, the artwork is just fantastic is this. I especially love the way the cat just meows over and over while he's dancing. No wonder videos that like are popular on the Internet.

It got its funniest probably when he mentioned putting on the duck suit. Yes, we all have our sick fetishes. The coloring, while gray, was interesting as it set a sort of old tone. It's weird for something older to have the Internet on it. The voices are nicely synched and I also liked how you really didn't know what was going to come next.

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks ericho. surely we don't ALL have our sick fetishes.

You do punish

Well, you seemed to live up to your name, because I didn't enjoy this much. I think its main flaw is that it simply goes on forever. I don't know what you did, but this is in the Top 50 of all time! I almost have to give you credit for whatever you did to get such a high score! Anyway, the most annoying thing is probably the sound. It seems like this would have been more enjoyable if it was more organized as nothing seemed to make sense.

I was afraid the whole thing would just be that loading animation. You seem like you have the potential for something better, just put more effort into it. I guess it is technically a music video, just a really nonsensical one. You have obviously made some interesting things, but you need more uniqueness to be popular. The tune isn't that bad, I guess.

Punisher responds:

You absolutely missed the entire point, as usual.

You are a fucking idiotic faggot, & I hope you die within the hour.

Mostly good

Okay, I have to admire this because it did seem like it was trying to send off a good message. The best part of it was probably how good the animation was. I'm not really a person that into dogmatic beliefs. It is still nice that you seem to sincerely want to help people in any way that you can. I don't understand God, but I do believe he exists. It's just that I find his abscence to be more weird than his prescence.

This was pretty catchy, with how you put everything in song. You didn't seem to come off too preachy. I am glad that you have good intentions on your mind, even though you know there are going to be people who disagree with you. The best thing is for us to keep being good people any way we can. It's a lesson we can all learn.

nahtanojmal responds:

Hey thankyou. And congrat's for being 5th on the top reviewers

Happy New Year!

Judging from the low score, I was afraid it was going to be something relaly bad. This really isn't that terrible. I especialy liked seeing all those random cartoon images at the end. My gosh, it's been the longest time since I saw Banana Man in action. I guess old memes just go away, huh? When it made the transition to a white background, I thought it was just going to be over with a cheesy display, but it really wasn't.

Of course, I still can't give this credit for being that creative. I just didn't seem to understand why this was all happening. I guess the ending loop remind me of those bad flashes by the Kitty Krew and other spammers. Just try to make it so that stuff like this has a definite end, because then it can come off as spammy. It's not terrible again.

Mario8th responds:

Well, it's actually a throwback to Yoshi's Island, if you've ever played it, those wight puff balls make your vision all fuzzy and crazy, so I made it be drugs.
And it does end, I was just stupid and used the whole song XD

Anyway, glad you enjoyed it!

How dirty and stinky

Well, I thought this would be better, but it just seemed to be too short. I guess the problem is that it was just talking about stinkiness. I mean, that is funny, but it seems like you would need more for a single submission. I am glad that I was introduced to this, because it was nice to hear what that word meant. All this time, I thought it had something to do with being a king. Maybe it's just being used in a different context here.

I did like the music that was used. It's pretty cool when you manage to have three seperate songs being used for something when you don't even have a flash that's over a minute long. Toilets are a good source of humor. My brother used to sit (and kind of still does) on the toilet all day like that. I hope he doesn't develop hemorrhoids.

RicePirate responds:

this will be the last single submission ... in the future, if i submit more, it'll be a compilation of words.

I've wondered that too

I think I might have heard audio like this before, but it's really very well done. It is a question that I have always been thinking of. If rocks are strong enough to destroy scissors, then shouldn't they be strong enough to destroy paper? It's kind of a Catch-22 or rather, an avoidance of it. It's a system where you need to have different things that add up to each other, but they don't do it very well. I guess it simply has to be done to work in a game like this.

I loved your cute little panda avatar at the end. It was also great to see all of those fantastic pictures you showed throughout the cartoon. Your voice is just so perky in this and you get a great sense that you had tons of fun making this. There is just always something going on or showing off in this cartoon even if it's still images. Thank you for something so nice!

AntonyC responds:

Sweet!
You're more than welcome. ^^
Thankyou!

I know it!

I couldn't quite make out the text that appeared in this, but I could get the joke. I have to admit that it is a pretty flashy design for Clock Day. What's also weird is how we really didn't seem to do that well with Clock Day this year. The Daily Feature winner this year had a score of like 3.95! It's great to know there are still people who use this day to put all their 5s out. That really is quite a nicely drawn drill you have there.

My biggest complaint is that it does seem to go on too long at the end. Well, that was obviously the point of it. I think this probably did fit under the "Informative" genre than any other that I can think of. I am actually not specifically familiar with that drill. Hopefully, it will be better on next year's Clock Day.

Little-Rena responds:

You know the drill

That was random

I have to give you credit for creating a cartoon where you have no freaking clue what's going to happen next. It's mostly because you don't even know what's going on right now! The best thing is probably when the man is revealed to have the body of a horse! It was easily the most insane and surreal part. It's hard to even call this funny, it was just so ridiculous, it's hard to say anything about it. It still was a great thing to watch.

I wasn't expecting it to make sense, but I'm glad it was cleared up that that never happened. And to think this character was scary enough without knowing he had breasts. The animation is fantastic in this and everything moves so wonderfully. This really emphasizes bright colors. I always look for that stuff in flashes.

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks, ericho!

Now that's different!

Wow, this was neat because I had no idea what was going to happen next. The scary thing is that it actually did get kind of scary at the end. This is what happens when you have sex with a desktop icon. It was weird how it really did seem to get serious at the end with the music and the creepy spam. For the majority, it was just the usual wacky stuff. As always, the animation is great, especially how these characters move their lips.

It's funny how she appears as a stripper at first and then wears normal clothes. Your cheesy female voices are as funny as ever. You truly manage to make that final scene effective by showing parts of them being hanged. I thought you were going to make something goofier out of it. It actually ended on a rather serious note!

LazyMuffin responds:

I made this so people treat their desktop strippers better.
Thanks

Great!

I am generally not a person who is for simple moving pictures, but this is an exception! I think this may in fact be the best piece of MLP fanart I've ever seen! Of course, by "best", I mean the kind that comes to the closest to looking like the TV show looks. I love how some of the other pony characters appear in this. This is just what makes the show so awesome with its animation! I do kind of think this should go more in the Art Portal.

I love how you have a really soft melody to soothe the viewer as they are watching this great piece. A full fledged cartoon would be perfect. It's even great to see the drops of water on the ground! It's great to be introduced to someone so talented. This is pretty much everything that made MLPFIM so popular.

tiarawhy responds:

I didn't know we had an art portal, thanks!

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
