Another daring picture!

This is a really interesting picture because it has a lot going on and makes good use of its negative space. That was something I learned about in my old art classes. The negative space creates the environment in which the figures are. There's so much bizarre imagery in this. I think my favorite part would have to be the skeleton that looks like it's coming out of a zipper or something. The dark streaks curl around in such a smooth manner.

I also love the sky because it looks like there's a million tiny little hands coming for the girl. There's just so many shapes. I think I can even see a ram's head or something in the upper left hand corner. I also love how the mist just comes out of her mouth like it's a seperate entity. Easily one of your better pictures and best here!

Pretty cute

As usual, you know how to capture the essence of a character's cuteness. The best part is how he is just standing there looking so silly. Probably the only thing I did not like was how it didn't seem as well detailed as some of your other works. I guess it's because he lacks a mouth, but he does that automatically anyway. It's pretty cute to envision him with the little gun and sword. Well, at that size it's not even a sword, probably a knife.

I like how he seems to have these little boots on. I'm not that familiar with the comic book design, but that's probably from the comics. I would think most cards would have the character's name printed on it. I just now noticed your signature in the bottom right hand corner. It makes sense such an awesome guy would be one of your favorite characters.

No, you can't

You probably make the most adorable pictures of anyone I have seen here and even on the entire Internet. It is always cool to see people working on a meme. In fact, for a picture like this, that is all you need. I love how you did not try to be really elaborate, but you just went for a humorous depiction of a wonderful meme. Batman probably doesn't look as cute as most of the other characters depicted in your works. Of course, you can't go wrong with the Adam West look.

I notice how he has white eyelashes. It's kind of weird looking, especially when the rest of his costume appears to be so much darker. Well, the Adam West series was known for embracing silliness and you have done the same thing with this art piece. There's a nice amount of detail put in him and everything. Not that much going on, but still great.

Ah, I know

I kind of prefer you to include the poems with it, but the art designs are at least nice to look at. It looks like this is based on the old legend of that person who needs coins from you to go across the ferry when you die. I think that was an ancient Egyptian belief. What's great is that the Grim Reaper has a pretty standard design, but his appeal is so original. The way he twists his body around reminds me of the Slender Man. The background is great as it promotes a dark atmosphere.

It just seems like the colors in the background are just dripping to the ground. The skull figure Death is holding has a very erect back too. It contrasts well with the twistedness of Death while the victim just wishes to go on. I can even see the waves that are flowing around the scene. You have done yet another job at making a great dark picture!

Now that's twisted

This is a really cool image because it truthfully captures the essence of a single person. I don't know if this is an original character, but the design is simply fantastic. What's the best part is how it seems like every body part of this girl seems to be of a favorite color. She's just flowing like a rainbow herself. Her hand especially seems to have all its flesh ripped off for some reason. I can also see her intestines poking out.

Her heart seems to have the standard heart design but also with a vessel popping out. It really gives you an idea of what this girl is going through. The blood coming from her mouth and eyes gives her real emotion. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and this one is. All of the streaks are nicely done too.

Pretty decent

While not one of your better works, it does have some appeal to it. I keep thinking it's meant to represent one of the characters in the "Madness Combat" series. You get that way when you just hear "Madness" all the time being referred to that. It was nice with the red background, even if it was not the most detailed. The coolest part is probably the cord that's sticking into the person's chest. It's like his or her heart is being ripped out in some way.

Blood vessels on eyes are always an interesting effect to use. It looks like this comic has an interesting plot going for it. There seem to be these little balloons or something around his neck. Speaking of necks, the long neck really gives out a good effect of dementedness. It's also nice how you twist the words around, literally.

Change?

I was a bit confused by the title of this, because I thought Obama was the one who was going to bring change. Then again, he does have Hillary Clinton in his cabinet. The artwork was pretty impressive in this. It really seemed like the colors themselves were made on pieces of cardboard, giving it an authentic feeling. My gripe is that it seems like it could have had more satire. I guess it was supposed to be a reference to "Frankenstein".

Maybe you were saying how new leaders are just remodelings of old leaders? Either way, it's really cool to see how well the paper looks on this. The background is awesome too, as it uses its cheeriness to contrast with the darker tone of the picture. I noticed that she's missing part of her ear. I am glad to be reviewing something made by you, JeremyLokken.

Twisted and cool

I seriously have no idea when you sleep because you continually pump these pictures out. The coolest thing is how there's such a wide variety of objects lying around. It's amazing how much of a story you can tell with a single image. The main character kind of looks like Sasuke to me. I love how there is so much detail put into every single crevice in the floor, wall, and ceiling. It truly gives you the feeling of madness in this killer.

It's hard to even tell if half the bodies in this picture are alive or not. I can see an eyeball and maybe a tattered rose or something on the floor. I can see the surrounding darkness as if someone is looking through something. The killer even looks like he might be wearing a mask. Everything in the picture just droops so perfectly.

Wow, that's great!

I have no idea why this does not have a higher score because it's simply one of the most awesome things I've ever seen here! This seems exactly like what a professional artist would do if he or she was submitting something to Newgrounds. It wasn't the image of a cartoon character or anything. It was the image of an abstract concept you made yourself. I almost feel like this shouldn't belong on the Art Portal! I appreciate all the work.

I love how the colors here just seem to be jumping all over the place. It's as if they are all being sucked into some vortex. This is the kind of stuff that would inspire any professional artist. I hope you go on to do more great work such as this to show off your skill. You have done this website good by showing us these great images!

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
