I found this to be a pretty good game. My favorite part was probably how you just got to shoot the enemies in the air. I was wondering why you could adjust your gun like that. While I may not have had that much mobility, I certainly had a lot of fun with it. The graphics are really quite good. I have come to recognize you guys' style.

You know how to put fury out. The graphics are quite well done. Well, I don't know if a flash game even does have "graphics". The visuals are so good, they probably can. While not one of your best, still very good.

I didn't know this was done in only 48 hours. I really am quite impressed by this game! It may be my favorite of all the ones in this dare 28 thing. Even the title is cool! I could not really understand it at first. My medals didn't seem to show up.

I could not really tell how I was supposed to pass a level. I like the really cool sounds and music. I don't know why this thing is a basketball. It certainly doesn't look like a wrecking ball. Then again, I'm no construction worker.

Thank you for the awesome and really kind review, Ericho! :D

Your medals did show up, I see them on your page. You got to level 5! :D Sorry for the lack of detailed instructions, but I'm replying on the hope that most people can catch on quickly.

It's not *technically* a wrecking ball, but I call it that because it's easily visualized by readers. It's really just some random ball on a string, hahaha. You can upgrade it to look like a wrecking ball (and later, a ball and chain!).

Thanks again!

This is one of the best games I've ever played! A big part of what makes it so fun is how a lot of it is up to chance. I really like the graphics too. You just have no idea what's going to show up next. Even the sounds and music are wonderfully done. I get two kinds of onscreen medals and achievements that look the same.

It's great to play games that take place in space. I think it just gives you the notion of being in a massive area. Even the hard levels can be fun with how different their outcomes are. Everything is clear and easy to understand. It's one of the most addictive games I've played in a long time. The only reason I stopped playing was to get my new laptop updated!

I was pretty impressed at how good this game is. I think it's probably better than the original. What I especially like is how you're allowed to hit the tanks. That's awesome! I may not be that good at this, but I certainly had lots of fun with it. I just like how fast paced it is.

It works so well as a time waster. It's been too long since I've used that phrase. It probably could have had more environment. I do like different modes, though. It's just great to see how well you can animate with just stick figures.

Well, what can I say? I understand why this has the lowest rating of anything in the Ludum Dare 28. It's nice you at least managed to make it into the collection. I think your biggest flaw was how there was so little control over yourself. I couldn't understand where I was going. You also needed to have some music in this.

The artwork was pretty bad. It was just basic simple lines with no shading. That's something I always look for in design. It doesn't need to be that difficult. Does the contest mean you only get one child?

purefloat responds:

The relation to the theme is that you only get one minute. I completely agree with you as far as music and art go, but I hardly worked on the game Saturday giving me much less time than I needed for a fully polished game.
Because of some programming flaws, control is much more difficult at lower framerates. I find that it's almost unplayable if a lot of other things are running in the background.
Thanks for writing an actual review :)

Well, this is one of the most bizarre games I have ever come across. I guess I would need to see a walkthrough to understand it. What can I say? I do recommend it because I want other people to try to understand it. I really have no clue at all what's going on. Can you even go to the next level in any way possibe?

I still give you credit for making something quite creative. It really is original. Too bad I can't get ahead in this. The sounds are quite omnious. I think it would have worked better as a horror game.

Well, I think this was a pretty interesting game, but if only I was any good at it! I thought it was pretty annoying with how you had to fire so many blasts to get rid of one enemy! Then again, that was probably the point. It's easy to see how few people have gotten far in this. Kudos to you guys. I'm impressed at how you got the thumbnail in this.

It is not that popular. Hopefully, that publicity will help you. If only I had as much energy as the enemies. I don't think you even get points for killing them, just getting ahead. It's nice to see that crocodile mouth.

I was pretty impressed by this game. I will say it wasn't the best the Ludum Dare 28 had to offer, but still decent. I like how complicated it can get even though the graphics are simple. This shows you can make something good in this short a time. The most annoying part is how you have to control him when he's on the box.

You really have to bring the box up on the exact level. While the design was simple, it was still quite nice. I think the music is pretty cool too. It's all around good game. My favorite is the level t all the blue buttons.

I found this to be a pretty easy game, mostly because I could just do anything and come up with a medal. It was probably a bit too easy that way. I still think it's okay. There was just not much going on at all. I can't blame you for a game made in such a short time. I still have played games that did a much better job.

I guess a barber game is pretty original. The music was fairly good too. I like how much it seems to be from the Gay Nineties. Historians won't snicker at that one! I just don't want to have facial hair.

I was quite impressed by this. I didn't know this was part of the Ludum Dare. Looking back, I can now see that it does look like it was made in a short period of time. It's still a very good game. What I think makes it so good is that it really is an original concept. You don't really have any enemies in this.

I like how the light itself can hurt you. Well, not so much hurt you as cause you to lose a life, which I guess is hurting. I appreciated how it was done with graphics too. Thanks for the easy medal(s)! It really is pretty innovative.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
