Don't be offended

I think the only reason a lot of people gave this a low score was because they were offended by it. Anyone who's seen a Doug Stanhope special would know that there's worse things than this. The weirdest thing is how there are missiles around. I don't recall there being missiles at the September 11th attacks. Then again, it's probably not supposed to be realistic. I appreciated the fact that someone submitted something on the tenth anniversary.

You would think more people would talk about it. The music and graphics in this game are not that bad. The main problems are that it is mostly just the same obstacles in your way over and over. Admittedly, it does get a bit of a change when it becomes a lot faster as you go down. The medals shouldn't be that easy to figure out.

Trust me, if the person who did the art of this wanted to be co-authored... This would have probably a million plus views now.

That's how big he is.

Not even BSing.

Seriously.

Awesome!

Wow, I had no idea that killing everyone on the Earth could be so much fun! Now it's easy to see why God does it all the time in the Old Testament. As an interesting note, this was actually released on May 23rd, my birthday! It's cool how you made it so wonderfully fast paced. There were just blood and guts flying all over the place as stuff got blown up. I even managed to have a lot of fun with the preloader game.

It wasn't that hard, even when I was on hard mode. The victims here just look so stupid, you don't feel any guilt incinerating them. Everything is drawn a lot better than in the first game. It's great to see how far you were able to come when it wasn't a long time since the first game. The backgrounds are impressive and the music is fun to listen to as well.

Challenging indeed!

You would think something with a design like this would be easy, but it certainly wasn't! This was great to play because there were so many obstacles in your way. The coolest thing was how you put in so many different little things. Like there was a worm inching its way across the ground. It doesn't have much of a purpose, it's just there to look good. The music and sound effects are great too, because they set the atmosphere well.

I have no idea why there's a guy in his desk at the end of the first level. I found the bubble to be just the right size, not too big or small, obviously. I like how there's no time limit so you can really take your time. Trust me, that is all you need in order in complete this fairly complicated game. It was also nice to say how many levels there were.

Not really for me

I have to give you credit for coming up with a game that's pretty interesting. The only problem is that I am simply no good at this kind of game. It is fairly unique, but it's hard to enjoy it when it's so incomprehensible. I think the graphics in this reminded me of the stuff by Dave (of "Retarded Animal Babies"). It was interesting how the character's design contrasted with the playing game. At least you have the oppurtunity to sell your soul.

I hope other people are at least able to beat this game. I guess I could suggest that you put some more detail into it. This is kind of like sudoku, in that some people will have tons of fun with it, but others won't be able to advance. The sounds are alright, I suppose. I could go on all day trying to fight the right combinations.

Not that bad!

When I first saw the blank background on the title screen, it didn't look like it would be that good. While not particularly good, it's at least playable. The best part was how you had so much mobility and were able to easily shoot the enemies down. I think there might be something wrong with the audio because it seems out of sync. For a demo, this actually wasn't that bad. Demos can be good if you really put time and effort into them.

I suggest you not make the main ship so small. There could have also been more detail in the background with perhaps some stars. I don't know why Patrick and Spongebob appear there, but they're still cool. Their sprites are actually really well done, just to bring that up. You could maybe also make a wider variety of villians.

metroidfannumber1 responds:

THANK YOU! jeeze, i thought it was impossible to get a little positive reinforcement here in newgrounds. okay, the ship being small is a bit odd and it could use some background i guess. as for spongebob and patrick... can't quite explain that one.

Pretty unique

I haven't played that many games that feature you making a beard for yourself like that. It's still not bad because you get a sense of creativity, particulary with how the stubbles are drawn. Seriously, those things look like something from Solitaire. You don't even have to make a beard for this guy, just put the stuff on his head. My main problem is that it does seem like it has too many pieces. I guess that does give you more options, though.

Another good feature was how you made the glasses/face/etc. changeable. You could use some more work on the actual appearance of the artwork. Some of the shapes do seem a bit out of whack. I just now noticed that there's also a background feature to it! Then again, you may want to have more of a background than just a single color.

Should please fans

I am sorry to say that I am not a fan of these kinds of games. I guess I just never got used to one as I never played one on an official console. I still believe that for people who do like this sort of thing, it should please them. The best part was how I was able to advance to at least 7% and I don't even know how I did it! I guess it's the kind of game you just have to mess with. I never thought of it like that before, but I guess it is technically a point 'n click game.

You could have made it better by having more sound. Then again, all of the sounds are authentic, so it might not have been as effective if you did it like that. It seems to actually be a pretty good representation of how something like that would turn out. Granted, I know little about the topic, but I know my way around the world. The background is pretty good too.

He doesn't seem that sleepy

This is yet ANOTHER great game from mofunzone and I am glad you guys have so much of your stuff on this website. The music is nicely done because it gives you a true sense of peace. That might sound odd when you're dealing with a game where you can be killed by spikes. I still think that it fits the atmosphere pretty well overall. The coolest thing was easily how you could walk on air. You would think the game would be a piece of cake with an ability like that.

The designs aren't that complicated, but they're still very well done. I just love the sense that you have true control over your environment. If you get stuck, you really just have to realize the platforms are built for you to use your levitation. The atmosphere seems to create one of autumn, which is coming near. Moral paths always make a game more meaningful, too.

It never ends!

Dude, this may in fact be the best graphics I have ever seen in a game on this website! I am becoming more and more of a fan of RPGs all the time! It is simply amazing how you have this fantastic world for you to go around and interact with everybody. The designs of the creatures are amazingly imaginative and flawless. It took me awhile to understand how to move. Now I realize all I have to do is simply press the arrow keys.

It feels just like "World Of Warcraft". Granted, I have never played that game so I do not know if the gameplay is that similar, but I have definitley seen videos of its graphics. This manages to be a great masterpiece in its own right of course. There's not too much or too little action going on. It's just a rip roaring good time as you play a creature exploring the detailed world around him. And I thought the first one was good!

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
