It's a zombie game!

I thought it was weird how ArmorGames was not billed as a sponsor, as this is one of the most popular games on their website. It is great to see such an instant classic here too. The main strong point is that the gameplay is just so original with all the angles. I was expecting it to be taken from an aerial point of view. You really need to learn to move around so you can get good shots at the zombie's heads, as they will die a lot faster if you target those. It might also be the first zombie game where I got some help along the way.

PowerPoint?

I have to admit that for something that used PowerPoint this was actually pretty good. It is a bit difficult because I know little about the material you are using. It is fun just to see a completely different layout like this one with the cartoon that goes and stops and is a soundboard in the middle. I believe these are all Japanese voices as I could not understand them. There is a very colorful layout here, and I really like how each sound has a neat picture with it. I suggest next time you probably should use a different program.

ScotG responds:

Well it is from Japan like all the NeoGeo games. The voices sounded pretty clear to me. Some were spoken in English, and others were in EngRish like "We have a win!" and "magnificat" (guess they forgot Cs are soft before Es).

Fairly good

It was interesting to have a "Phoenix Wright" style thing but made in a different style. The graphics were not as good as the standard "Phoenix Wright" tributes. I still had some fun with this, because it was different for a Pico flash. I guess I am just so used to seeing him shooting things up, it is weird to show him at a court case. I am not the biggest fan of things like this. There was of course a decent amount of effort put in, especially with all the different songs that were used and when they were used.

It is pretty awesome

Thank you again for making such an easy way to get medals. I guess it is things like that which makes Clock Day truly worth it in the end. I felt the graphics were good in this one, but not the best. The only complaint I would have is that it is a little too easy to beat everything, but I should not complain about that with the medals. The music was also quite nice and it gave off a feeling of joy and spontaneousness. The best upgrade is easily the one that allows you to shoot the orange blasts.

Rooble responds:

No problem, thank you for the review. :3

Yeah I tried to make the game easier than I originally planned because I thought people would get bored and rate 0 if they died without there being a checkpoint. It was only meant to be an easy short game, sometimes flash games are long and they drag on a bit too much.

What's with the title?

Well, it is certainly the first time I have ever played a game where the narrator was that unreliable. I guess he was not that unreliable per se, as he was simply wrong about everything. I was quite confused as to how it worked at first, but then I could figure it out. Besides that, the game was very fun. The designs were very creative and I thought the monsters reminded me of the review right below me, of "In The Dark Trailer". There are tons of tricks along the way, like how the voice is right on one level.

That was weird

As an experienced reviewer, I can tell that there is simply no way to play the game. The arrow keys alluded to in the instructions do absolutely nothing. I will say that it was pretty funny to start it off like a cartoon and then go on to it being a game. I have to agree with illuminate down below me in that it was cool to have the "Reading Rainbow" theme. It does seem like something appropriate for Clock Day, albeit probably still better than most. At least I was introduced to some new Clocks.

How can I not like it?

At first I thought this was going to be something for the "Bastards" series as it would make fun of Britney Spears. It was pretty interesting to find out this had nothing to do with making fun of her. I liked the brief animation of you getting slapped. It also had a pretty funny sound to it. I would seriously like to know if anybody has ever been able to get through this whole game. The idea is so simple in theory but you put it in the hardest way imaginable, which I think was really clever.

Another great game

It is so good to see you guys submitting on Newgrounds again. Here is another great thing to play because it has all the good graphics you could want in a standard arcade game. While not as good as, say, "Dino Strike" it manages to be very effective in its gameplay. Just be careful not to accidently throw the clubs away or something. It really gives you a lot of room to form strategies and fight, especially against the bosses. All the designs are pretty authentic to the original feel of an Old West scenario.

Yep, quite hard

I liked the graphics and the sounds were good and all, but the main flaw with this is that it is so freaking hard. One blast from anything kills you. Not to mention killing the mummies is entirely pointless as they immediately respawn sometimes right where you killed them. The wall jumping was hard too. I am of course complaining too much and should praise this game for its original design and things like that. It defintley had the feeling and atmosphere of a classic Indiana Jones scenario and overall creative.

Perfect way to beat it

I am only giving this a high rating because I know the perfect way to win at this game. Geez, if this had tons of medals, I would get every one of them! Okay, the secret is that there are only four arrow buttons to press. Just use your multiple fingers to teach all of them at the same time. I have checked and you do not get penalized for pressing the wrong arrow button! Anyway, the artwork in this was great too and I especially like how you give a decent description of all the different characters.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
