I don't know either!

I thought this was a game at first because there just seemed to be so little that was happening at all. What can I say? It was in fact a really creative cartoon and I can understand why it being front paged surprised even you. I mean, it definitley has a lot of surrealism for something with really no point at all. There is not much else to say as really nothing happened except the things that I told you. Oh wait, it was very unexpected and very weird to have David Spade being credited with everything at the end.

[Scizor v.s Tyranitar]

Great pixellation

Despite being from a video game, I seldom see pokemon being used so well in sprites. The coolest thing is probably at the end with the funny sound clip and of course the trainer getting blasted. Scizor and Tyranitar are really good fighters, but I know little about their powers, so it was great to see a demonstration. Some of the best animated parts were how the ground split up when Tyranitar used Roar. While it was short, it has a good amount of fighting. I also like the camera angles like the one on the smaller scale at the beginning.

[Mario Bros X-Mas]

Just like that!

I loved the animation in this, especially since it was a departaure from the normal sprite flashes used. You get extra points for having the awesome song in its entirety at the end. I thought the voices were really good. Luigi and Mario sort of looked like Waluigi and Wario with those giant red noses. There were lots of funny jokes, especially the one about Bowser being a Jew. I was not expecting good action scenes like that or whatever action there was, with the three Bullet Bills being fired.

Most of it is great

Something is great if it appeals to people who are not fans of the source material. Newgrounds is pretty much the only place I heard of "Chrono Trigger" and this was one of the finer things I have seen. I loved the animation in this, especially the blood. It was great to see all of the characters contribute to something important. What really won me over was how awesome those sketches at the end were. You obviously have a lot of talent even if some of the artwork does look a little scruffy here and there.

Mushroom, mushroom!

It was great of you to start one of your earliest Internet memes with this fantastic Badgers song. I remember when I first saw this years ago and everybody played a trick on me. They kept saying that if I watched long enough, there would be a movie which never happened. I noticed how the sound really goes out of sync the more you play it. I really admire how you the badgers still look as updated as they do now in terms of animation quality. They are simply funny in their own right by lifting up their legs and waving their arms.

Christopher Walken is cool

Congradulations on having the highest rating animation of 2001! It truly shows that people were able to show off their creativity, even if this was not one of my favorites from 2001. I really like the goofy animation in this as always. At least you did not show Steve Irwin getting killed by an animal which eventually happened to him. The man kind of reminds me of MacGruber now, with talking about taking penises off. I also liked how goofy it was when Beebo turned into a monster and shoved himself down the dundee's throat.

Now that is surreal

I liked this one but I think it was not quite as good as some other ones. I think the best part is how just freaking amazing and trippy everything is! The animation is as great as ever and is simply so good I can never stop saying good things about it. Another cool part was the silly graphics that were used in the commercial. I think you could have used some more punchlines but it still worked pretty well. It was at least a great way to show how creative you could get in a comedy series like this.

This was really fun to watch and it was definitley an improvement from the previous entry that used this animation style. It is great to know that stick figures like this really work. I like how you used the "Tails" that was actually in a STH game. The voices were pretty authentic and cute, especially Tails. The biggest complaint was that it seemed to have little point, but I would know little about what you are parodying. You gets tons of credit for having that awesome song at the end.

Best in the series

You really have come a long way with all of your submissions as this is the best thing you have ever made. I especially love the references to the first one. The weird thing is that it actually starts off being completely different than the ending of the first one, but later makes more sense. The animiation is easily the best so far, and so is the music. I think this one gets the body sizes right in addition to putting emotion on the characters. It could have used a little more action, but still good enough to recommend.
