Political statement?

I thought maybe since this was made around this time, it would be about the end of the Iraq War. I guess it was in a sense, but I certainly didn't understand it. The thing I found the weirdest was how nothing seemed to happen in this. It was just a live action and a cartoon image with stuff going on in the background. It looks like the stuff in the background is actually pretty cool looking. Its main flaw is that it just all goes away too fast.

I'm guessing the title referred to the pixel image used or something? It's funny how this is on Christmas 2011 when the last of the Iraq War veterans are leaving. Everything just needs improvement. I can understand an experimental flash being strange, but this just doesn't seem to go anywhere. The music was alright, kind of out of place.

A bit sad

It seems like it's been awhile since you've submitted something, paultervoorde. What I didn't like was that I thought this would have more of a punchline. It's still great to see all this wonderful animation. I guess the family still loves that kid if they were willing to put him up with for so long. It wasn't that much about Christmas, for something submitted on Christmas Day. That reminds me, I hope you have a merry Christmas yourself if you haven't already.

I knew that something cynical was going to happen in the end of this. I guess I thought it might not because it's Christmas. Oh well, at least family matters are going pretty well for me in real life, at least at the moment. The animation is easily the strongest point. Every character is very well defined and their movements quite fluid.

[Animating General]

That was strange

The best thing about this was probably the opening animation. In fact, I assumed the whole thing was going to be like that. It's just that when I hear the phrase "Animating General" I was thinking it would be general animation. It would be like a demo reel in that sense. What's cool is that the animation all around was still fantastic, even if it didn't match my expectations. The best part after that was probably at the end when he asked if she wanted sex.

What also struck me as funny was how nothing made sense. I don't know why these ghosts are randomly appearing, but it's pretty cool. I know I've said this before, but Merry Christmas, friend! It's always great to look at all of the new things my favorite animators have been working on and stuff. It's just a feel good cartoon with flawless artwork.

How disturbing

Congradulations on getting the Daily Feature for Christmas this year! I am having a great time with my grandparents and am so glad to be reviewing stuff like this. I think the funniest part was the ridiculous voice. You just got such a great sense of hilarity with how ridiculous this grandma was. I seem to be getting deja vu, because I've sworn I've seen something like this before. Oh, and of course, have a very Merry Christmas today if you haven't already.

The animation is as great as ever. I'm not the biggest fan of the "Villiany" series, but you're still one of my favorite artists. I liked the Filipino boy who appeared at the end. I suppose with a grandmother like that, it's no wonder this kid became messed up. It's great to see all of the work that you have completed over the past year, all popular.

Same to you

Ah, I've been reviewing a lot of stuff, but not something Christmas related! The movie I even saw today, "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" didn't even have that much to do with Christmas. You perfectly capture the holiday season with this deranged animation. It's so great to be reviewing here on Christmas. I loved this because it was macabre and deranged and everything that makes your work so good. Tis the holiday season for everybody!

I think my favorite part was when it switched to the dancing baby. It was just so random it was drop dead hilarious. I love how wonderfully the animation moves around and in such an insane way. You will never lose your touch with insanity here. I loved how nothing in this made any sense, but it was so wonderfully done it didn't matter.

[Robots are Stupid]

Very entertaining

It's great how this robot consistently keeps that monotone voice. I suppose if you talked like that, you probably would think you didn't have feelings. I thought the animation in this really wasn't that bad. I mean, it looks a heck of a lot better than the artwork shown on the main menu. It was also cool how you showed little captions when people talked. It's kind of like you were riffing on an already funny cartoon!

It reminds me of that "Futurama" episode where Bender says that robots have no emotions, which makes him sad. It is a problem you can run into. This seemed to be a different kind of flash for you, but it really worked out well. I just love the robot's design. It's about time the voice for the Clock Crew was used for robots.

A decent work

Wow, I think this was one of the last "All Your Base" parodies ever made. It really shows you how much this has died over time. It was great to see all those different pictures. The main flaw is that the music wasn't anywhere near as catchy as the ones used in the AYB cartoons. The most disturbing part was easily when the picture showed that was the actual rape. I also thought the voice acting sounded a bit off in this.

It's still nice to look back to see what you guys have accomplished. All of the designs of the pictures are pretty good and original. It's the kind of flash where you don't know where it's going. The music could probably use some more work. At least you seem to want to latch onto a meme that will always hold a place in our hearts.

Too bad

There is a rule of thumb for this website and that is not to use "Go Animate". See Happy Harry's cartoon for better explanation of this. I have never seen a single cartoon used in this way that got a good award or even front page. The voices just seemed so off in this. It was just the same boring talk featuring dirty jokes over and over. It may in fact be the most poor animation I have ever seen. John Kricfalusi would hunt down and kill whoever's responsible for this.

The only mildly entertaing part was the nuts joke. It's just that so many people are used to genuine voices and movement in animation. Even lower quality stuff has that. Please try to use regular Flash Player because I really don't think this can ever work on this website. It's nice for a start, but try to be a lot more original.
