You don't have to be a fan of "Castlevania" to like this. I was really intrigued as to where it was going to go. I guess the image of a giant farting ass is just funny to me. Aren't vampires supposed to be killed by garlic? It makes sense someone as talented as TheShadling made the backgrounds. The voicework was great too.

The end made me realize just how many flashes RicePirate has worked on. There's so many unique people you have worked with too! The animation was just freaking brilliant in this. It was cool to find out how Alucard made such stinky farts. Those are funny.

RicePirate responds:

If you don't know the game, it's can feel a bit one-notey. If you do know the game, you still may not like the farts. But the speech Dracula starts (which I rewrote, after the first line) is a pretty famous in-game speech "what is a man", Alucard's backdash, Alucard's poison gas form (which he transforms into in the game, and does damage to enemies) ... and he's half-vampire, so he's immune to all the things vampires fear.

It's interesting to see how far this goes into the series. I am starting to understand the characters much better. It's still fairly ambigious, but it's nice to look at. I like the notion of a dragon being sympathetic. I just love how stupid the main character is and how he pours all these body fluids out in the end. It's just a funny image in sprite.

I'm glad there are cartoons like this that still use sprite. I guess I'm just old fashioned. I think my favorite part would be when that one guy is stabbed by the shadowy figure. Too bad he's a bad guy. I think it's cool how there's this medieval atmosphere, but there's still machine guns.

StudioJOHO responds:

cheers mate, the guy who gets stabbed is actually a girl btw

This was really neat, probably because it uses Scribblenauts. I have never played the game, but know a lot about it. It's great to see your creativity being put to the test. I am not just referring to the game, but this cartoon. The animation is very well done. I can tell you did the "Earthbound" part on NinDoh!

Or was that Kirbopher? You just have so little idea as to what's going to happen next. I appreciate the good animation used everywhere. He should have been a blue owl. Maxwell reminds me of someone from a chicken cartoon.

ScottFalco responds:

No that was kirbopher, but thanks! I had a lot of fun with this script, some of my best writing in my opinion cause it was jut kind of quick humor instead of "lawl you died dark souls" or trying hard to be one of the other famous animators out there. I felt like this was like "my style"

That was quite strange. I had no idea that there's a really Monster Hunter game like this. Of course, there have been so many in that mon genre, it wouldn't surprise me. I didn't like it how it seemed to end abruptly. I guess I'm just too used to more elaborate stuff from you. For the most part, it's a good cartoon.

I actually think that's a pretty realistic representation of how you would take down a massive beast like that. I don't know much for facts, I'm not a hunter. You probably could have just made it more elaborate. The animation is fairly good too. It just isn't one of my favorites from you.

NCH responds:

well, the animation's joke is targeted to a niche audience to those who played the game. so its understandable you are left out in the cold of it to not get the joke.

I knew your next submission would be on front page. This is the first one since I reviewed it last, right? Anyway, I loved the animation in this. I guess I just thought that this had some real visionary elements in it. I appreciated all the details put into everything. I think my favorite part was when he harpooned through all those animals.

No, I don't remember his name. At least I was reminded about Fernando. It was great to see two of your most popular characters together, even if they really didn't interact. I live near the ocean, so I know what it's like to dream like this. Dang, that's a nice boat.

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks, ericho.

Dude, this is freaking awesome! I hope this wins Daily Feature and every other good award out there. I have heard variants of this song before, but I think this is my favorite. It's just freaking awesome to hear all these awesome lyrics. It seems like an experiment for you, mrSimon. Is Peter your dad?

Maybe not, as it would be weird to thank him twice. I freaking love how adorable this is, especially with how the singer character looks like Bubbles. The voice is just wonderful and flows so well. I'm not a fan of "Portal" but you don't have to be one to love this. The animation moves so perfectly. I've said "freaking" a lot in this review, haven't I?

icklejennywren responds:

you're so freaking nice! XD MrSimon and Peter are my brothers :)

I couldn't help but be a little delighted by this. I think it's mostly because it's so colorful. The music is also seriously insane. I think this actually would have worked well as a gif. You can submit those on the Art Portal, you know. It's interesting to see how many colors you get with this.

Not much else to say, except that it seems to fit the tone of Clock Day well. While it had nothing to do with Clocks in itself, it was certainly insane enough. I would like to see a game made out of this. Too bad there's already a Weegee meme. At least a lot of people like this. I have no clue what's going on.

Punisher responds:

fuck you.
