Wow, you actually made a good something out of "She-Hulk: Attorney At Law". That's an impressive achievement! I still didn't think this was great. It was a bit too short. I'm glad it didn't get sexual. I've seen tons of jokes about clothes ripping off these characters.

The voiceover was pretty good. It did lack comedy. What am I talking about? The show lacked comedy! This was a pretty good little cartoon.

aggimajera responds:

I apologize it is short. I drew this cartoon out over a few months - its animated on 1's and 2's. I'll see about enlisting animators to help me produce longer stuff. I really am not into making this character overtly sexual - there is far too much of that.

Thanks for watching!

Yeah, it was pretty interesting to see this. It just isn't one of the best ever made. My favorite part was probably how goofy he was. He just ate chalk! That really did give him personality. Well, especially with him drawing on his own face.

It's very easy to recognize your art style. I still think it should have had a background. I just expect something more in most flashes. This will undoubtedly get a high score. The title almost looked like "GRIMACE".

jumpbreak96 responds:

better grime anim soon !

Well, this is it. The longest submission that isn't a compilation or a re-animated collab. This is even longer than "Klay World: Off The Table" which was itself advertised as Newgrounds' first feature-length film. This might be the only review where I've had to say "Spoilers"! I admit there were problems, like how the music could have been better. It got really surreal, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I think the best thing was how these characters grew on me. They probably had more character development than any characters in a Newgrounds cartoon. I KNEW he was going to destroy the painting at the end. I guess Alan's plan was to have Commercial Break destroy Ouroboros. They got the bag full of money at the end, so it wasn't completely pointless. I mean, that did have money in it, right?

My favorite part might have been the song at the end, too. Alan has probably more voice actors than anyone ever listed on this website. This isn't really an NG submission at all, it's a full-blown movie. You have shown us how you can submit an actual movie here. I wish we would have seen the Centurions arrest them. Obviously, everyone worked extremely hard and while it might not be one of my favorite submissions, it was certainly worth it.

MrPurpleMrPurple responds:

Thank you for the criticism and commentary. Although, in reference to the bag of money: what use is a bag of money when they're stranded in the middle of a desert lol!

I'm very happy that you enjoyed the film!

Yes, that was a stupid quick animation. Whoops, got that backwards. I thought it would be a parody of "Inside Out". That's a trope. It's called Ghost In The Machine. Will everyone please shut up about those movies are a ripoff of "Herman's Head"?

It's a TROPE. It's used here to show how stupid a guy is by having his brain being depicted in a microwave. It's a very common idea that everyone has already used. I just love how goofy this design is. His hair style almost makes him look like Goku.

Framed51 responds:

That’s actually pretty interesting! I didn’t know that trope was called “ghost in the machine”. I’ve also never heard of Herman’s Head, I’ma look into that show!

I thought the animation was pretty good. I guess it was a pretty good painting. I admit that I didn't see the point of this that much. It probably should have been longer. I'm probably a hypocrite for saying this anyway. I could never draw this well.

I like the omission of the black outlines. It suits the theme quite well. It still just wasn't special out of the thousands of things I've reviewed. It should be relatable to artists. It's just not my thing.

panpikidaan responds:

This might help us in the future. My crew and I made this in a week and had a short deadline, so we couldn't expand it much. Thanks for your honesty

You know, it's weird to compare "Mad Max" to "Wall-E". The lone planet reminded me of "Wall-E". The atmosphere reminded me of "Mad Max". That was kind of the vibe I got from this. The best part was probably the animation. I mean, it was short, but it still told a story.

The artwork was just perfect. I only wish it was longer. I would love to see more episodes. It compels you with its atmosphere. The voice was nice and soothing too.

JojoBeanus responds:

I do love that comparison! thank you!
also, yes, I'd love to make longer episodes, eventually a feature too! most definitely. And glad you liked the voice bro, I'll be sure to let Heidi know!

Dang, that was one cool logo at the end. I was truly impressed at how this was the best cartoon I've seen all day. Now this is good enough for me to wish you a happy fourth of July! Anyway, it was great to see all these weird characters. Was Tim a praying mantis? I know ants go after those guys.

I was surprised to see the first guy wasn't the thief! He did look just like him. I loved the live-action bit too. I'm glad to see this start a series. Dang, have I seen some beloved cartoons today!

artistncs responds:

TY TY! And yes, Tim is a Mantis

I think my favorite part might have been at 0:12 with the Tom scream. You know, "Tom And Jerry" right? I appreciate how good the animation is. It was still probably too short. It did manage to get its message out well. I do like the animation.

I don't know if this was used in the NGTV summer bash. That thing was so long it's hard to remember anything from it. It does have the length of a commercial. It just doesn't use the seriousness. It works well in its own right.

sugarbunny98 responds:

thank you!! I was so nervous with this, I like my humor, I think it's just silly but I wasn't sure if that silliness is for everyone
this type of comments let me know that people actually enjoy my stuff and I'm happy to see that! again, thank you very much!

Another good cartoon I missed out on! Uh, Happy 4th of July! I appreciate how good the animation is. It was a bit predictable. It was still a good setup. That guy looked like Dr. Robotnik.

I thought he was going to play Sonic. It ends a bit too abruptly. Maybe I'm just used to more things having credits. He does kind of look like a warlock now that I think about it. Again, you'd think he'd be playing a game with some!

Cooped-My-Pants responds:

Thanks for your kind words, I definitely need to work on getting credits in place after my toons haha

Aww, should have had the whole song. This was still amazing, though. The best part was Weird Al Yankovic. That must have been him. I love this animation! It's just so amazing!

I don't see how you even could make a longer cartoon with this artwork. Well, you can make any cartoon with hard work. Everything was so wonderfully vibrant. I don't have to get up at 8 for work per se. I just have to have enough time to write reviews like this!

zayJax responds:

oh believe me i would have made it longer if i could
but i like keeping the scope small for goofy animations like these

if i'm gonna make anything longer (and i will) it's gotta be an original

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
