Woah, this is one of the most awesomely animated things I've ever seen in my life! I knew it was going to send some message against the machines at the end. I had no idea it was going to be so sad. Apart from the main character dying, it looks like nearly everyone else in his apartment did. What's also effective is how you consistently keep the happy music. It's mostly up to your imagination to see how horrible it can be.

I have no clue how you animated this! I love how everything is wonderfully detailed and it contrasts well with the advertisement shown on TV. The music, as I previously mentioned, is also classic! I know I would never buy this many of those things. Heck, I probably wouldn't buy any. I didn't know the ropes would come to life.

I agree with most people that the ending was really good. Of course, this was a bit too short to like that much. Seeing as how these characters are so popular, you could probably put them in any scenario and people would like it. It works because the bark and bite joke told at the beginning was really bad. Why a poodle of all dogs? He totally deserved it.

It helps that the animation is as good as ever. I seem to be saying that a lot. It gets pretty annoying with that guy's voice. I'm not sure why, but I like the one nostril design. Most cartoon characters don't even have nostrils.

Well, looks like this might be the last thing Randy-Solem ever has under his profile. Let me say that it's been great knowing ya. I have most of the same pros and cons about this in regards to the other entries. My favorite part is when Mario fights all the purple cats. Yes, I don't know what the names of those things are. I've never played the second Mario game!

It's ironic how it's all a dream in the game when in this, it was King Wart who was real and the part with Bowser was a dream. They just don't make great sprite movies like this anymore. In case anyone's wondering, there's a deleted scene where the princess uses the 1up to revive Luigi. He said that he decided not to include it in the movie because it slowed down the action or something. May your legacy live on forever, man!

That was quite strange. I had no idea that there's a really Monster Hunter game like this. Of course, there have been so many in that mon genre, it wouldn't surprise me. I didn't like it how it seemed to end abruptly. I guess I'm just too used to more elaborate stuff from you. For the most part, it's a good cartoon.

I actually think that's a pretty realistic representation of how you would take down a massive beast like that. I don't know much for facts, I'm not a hunter. You probably could have just made it more elaborate. The animation is fairly good too. It just isn't one of my favorites from you.

NCH responds:

well, the animation's joke is targeted to a niche audience to those who played the game. so its understandable you are left out in the cold of it to not get the joke.

I knew your next submission would be on front page. This is the first one since I reviewed it last, right? Anyway, I loved the animation in this. I guess I just thought that this had some real visionary elements in it. I appreciated all the details put into everything. I think my favorite part was when he harpooned through all those animals.

No, I don't remember his name. At least I was reminded about Fernando. It was great to see two of your most popular characters together, even if they really didn't interact. I live near the ocean, so I know what it's like to dream like this. Dang, that's a nice boat.

thanks, ericho.

I really don't see what was so gay about this. I do admit that the ninja seemed pretty gay. It's awesome to see more sprite animations coming to this website. I wish I could recognize which one of them was voiced by Tom Fulp. You guys really went out of your way to have an all star cast. I'm surprised none of them were killed.

It's better to be defeated than just die like that. Yeah, if I was more familiar with the game, I probably would have liked this more. It's still definitley worth a viewing. You show some good emotion with limited artwork. May sprites never die!

It seems like it's been awhile since you made one of those Tidbits. Needless to say, this was some of your best stuff yet. It's great to see two talented Brits who work on YTP to make something like this. I appreciate the great animation as usual. I can tell a lot of the audio was used with sound mixing. I have no problem with that and it makes it all the funnier.

My favorite bits are easily the ones with Sonic. You are awesome at drawing him. I wish I could have time to see all the things that are being said in the freeze frame bonuses in the Santa Claus part. There's probably one every frame. You guys are so freaking awesome!

Dude, this is freaking awesome! I hope this wins Daily Feature and every other good award out there. I have heard variants of this song before, but I think this is my favorite. It's just freaking awesome to hear all these awesome lyrics. It seems like an experiment for you, mrSimon. Is Peter your dad?

Maybe not, as it would be weird to thank him twice. I freaking love how adorable this is, especially with how the singer character looks like Bubbles. The voice is just wonderful and flows so well. I'm not a fan of "Portal" but you don't have to be one to love this. The animation moves so perfectly. I've said "freaking" a lot in this review, haven't I?

icklejennywren responds:

you're so freaking nice! XD MrSimon and Peter are my brothers :)

In case anyone's wondering, I found out that this lasts roughly sixteen minutes, with everything combined. I really liked it how you used the new designs of the characters. I feel so old fashioned as I'm not familiar with them. It has been sooo long since someone made a great sprite flash. My only complaint is that the "?" shouldn't have just been the credits.

My favorite in this was Nighthawk. It was great to have no idea what was going to happen next with everything being crazy. I've even forgotten some of these characters' names. I love the cameos from the other fictional characters. It's great MUGEN is getting some attention too.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
