I found this to be really cool. It makes sense, because people become so addicted to Minecraft, it seems like they wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It was interesting to see the different character designs. I especially liked the seth guy who looked like Mario. It helps that the music is great too. It does, however, seem to go on a bit at the end.

It still adds up to a great cartoon. It seems like it's been awhile since people have made parodies of "The Matrix". It just appears to not be that popular anymore. It's amazing how you managed to win every single major positive award for you! There's so much going on, you can't help but love it. Good thing it made the collections quickly.

It's been too long since I've seen a flash by you. I guess that if I was more familiar with the games, I would have enjoyed this more. I can certainly understand some of the jokes you have. Those are things that are found in some video games and the like. I think the animation has improved, but I have mixed emotions about it. On one hand, it looks better.

On the other, there isn't much shading or shadows involved. The voices were fairly decent. I knew he was going to say "Do a barrel roll!" at some point. The artwork still holds up well after all these years. Dang, I am feeling old.

I admit that I was kind of expecting more slapstick, but it's still a very nice cartoon. I especially like the use of colors. It's rare that you make a cartoon where everyone gets what they want! I guess you have a nice side after all to your characters. The best part was probably when you kept changing the things in your hands. The fish and lightsaber were especially cool.

I also liked how you kept the gags going. There's one gag where a heart is impaled with an arrow. This is then shown later but in a different way with the question mark. I'm surprised something without words would have so many voice actors! It's also nice to have a good cast.

I thought this wasn't as good as the first one. It just seems kind of random with how the gag is done. I do have to praise you for having some good voices. They really do sound a lot like the original characters. I think this is probably even how the characters would really react in a situation like this. I thought it said "In a nutshell" in the title.

Speaking of which, that "X In A Nutshell" meme really died off. Maybe in another cartoon, he could be in an actual nut shell? I think the catch phrase way reference how turtles do have shells that form a 360 angle. To think, I was bad at geometry. The animation isn't bad either.

You might have the wrong dude - I didn't work on any "Nutshell" movies.

I'm surprised that something with such a high rating didn't get a bigger award. I agree that it is a great cartoon. I think my favorite part was at the end when everything came into that big eye. Then again, that also made me sad that it was over. I think this could have been longer. You were really experimenting in this awesome cartoon.

I also appreicated the great music. It does seem kind of an oxymoron to have dreams while on caffeine. Maybe they're supposed to be daydreams or hallucinations? If so, it can't be going well for you. I also loved the monsters that appeared to grab you.

Dojang responds:

Hi- Yeah, wasn't a good day for awards, I was up against a Minecraft parody, and a TF2 fanimation. Thanks for your support.

I happen to be a fan of yours from all those years ago. It's great, because I am ALWAYS looking at old people returning to the website. It's kind of sad, because I do like the sprite flashes more. There just aren't many of them nowadays. I think sim-man still has the record for longest time between submitting something. The animation was of course good.

It was interesting to see you take on something completely different. The image at the end with the spider leg is pretty funny too. I have graduated High School and am still in college. The voice came off as pretty funny. I guess insects eating people alive are cool like that.

Normally, I wouldn't like something that loops like this, but this is an exception. It might be because it's great to hear the clocks with different voices. It makes you wonder, how do they tell each other's voices with the synthesizer if they're all the same? I also thought the animation was pretty good. This was, in my opinion, one of the best Clock Day 2011 submissions. I like how the Flintstones song is being played.

It doesn't have to do with anything, but I always love background music. It helps that the final joke works so well. It seems like it took forever to put every detail in this. I always appreicate it when people put work into their flashes. You should have won some award.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
