I think this worked well as a loop. I will admit it was a little too monotonous. I can still appreciate the animation. The colors are quite vibrant. It takes place in a nice-looking dungeon. Now that's an oxymoron.

I like that big staff he wields. He has good emotion for a shadowy face. I was always grossed out by those anime snot bubbles. It looks like he's evolving! I've been seeing too many "Pokemon" related stuff recently.

thank you for the feedback

It's already May! It's weird how I'm looking through these cartoons and think I'm going to see Pico Day related stuff. This is just highly rated stuff that came out recently. Anyway, this was a good cartoon. It kind of reminded me of this game that I got every medal at, "Pewt em' Up!". It also reminded me of "Metroid".

The way the ships just moved was nice. I'm glad we got to see what happened at the end. I didn't want it to be nothing but credits. It ended up being more satisfactory. I do wish it was more an original of an idea.

Thanks for taking the time to review. What do you mean you wish it was more of an original idea?

I looked at the "Scene Select" first. I knew it wouldn't be too long. I figured if it was truly one of the longest submissions ever, we would have had a standard running time format. It was nice to see a Ruffle cartoon again. This still wasn't that good. I knew it wasn't meant to be.

My favorite was probably the one with Pico. I understand that Pico Day is a celebration of all things Newgrounds nowadays. We still had mostly Pico flashes. "Gangnam Style" seems like old news. It's better than "Baby Shark".

I'm sorry if you didn't find the movie very good, I did the best I could.

0:48 I think that was a Crash Bandicoot sound you made. I've been watching that a lot lately. I thought this was well paced. The best part was probably the 25 hour bit. I just wish it was longer. This works well as a pilot.

Well, first episodes aren't the same as pilots, are they? The animation was rather strong. I'm proud to be a weirdo that read the credits. The designs of these things were rather nice. They were very strange.

CoveredUpCrew responds:

Thanks for the feedback! We hope the next episode is bigger and better!

Ty for the feedback :)

Damn, this was crazy! I had no idea it would go nuts like this! I guess he does look different with colored contacts after all. I just didn't know it would be this much of a change. I was wondering if he'd try putting them in that way. I've worn glasses, so I know how that process works.

It couldn't have been worse with every slide! I love how Dinodad just randomly screams like a dinosaur at the end. That was easily the best part. It really is unexpected. This cartoon didn't seem too long either.

friendlyfoyer responds:

thanks so much! yeah I tried to pull out all the stops for the animating of the roars

Wow, this was just awesome! I had no idea Dad or Blockhead would appear. It's been a long time since those guys have been around. I just loved the silly animation. It fit the mood so perfectly. An inspiration is listed under a profile?

I've never seen that before! Tom Fulp just deserves to be credited with everything. He did promote these characters. Goku is a pretty big part of our culture, but not as much as Mario. Happy Good Friday and Pico Day!

This is my favorite comment so far, thank you for your feedback I'm glad you paid attention to the tiny details of the animation.

While I didn't like it as much as your games, this was still quite good. The best part is probably how it shifts so well. You're not quite sure that it's going to repeat itself. I guess I was just hoping for more detail. This seems like an original idea. The graphics are as wonderful as ever.

I just wish you'd be able to not use that shortening thing. This would make a good Creepypasta. I guess it already is. It would make more sense to say it would make a good game. This was creepy enough.

LumpyTouch responds:

Sometimes I like to use short form videos/animations to try out stuff and see if it's suited for something long form. I'd call this one of those experiments, it certainly would be more effective if it was longer.

This was a good little cartoon. I will admit it could have been longer. This animation style is awesome! The best part is probably how bright it is. It was just a guy gushing over a car. I love the omission of the black outlines.

You put true detail into this. Even if it isn't quite the best for me, it's still rather nice. That's a nice thong she got on. I guess I should know more about cars to enjoy this. I just wish for a longer form of this.

lpart responds:

Well you're in luck! This is but a snippet of the pilot episode of a series I'm working on. The pilots current run time is roughly 10 minutes, More on the way!!!

Wow, this seems like a collab in itself! I don't remember this scene at all from the original movie! I guess it's been a while. I was impressed by how many art shifts there were. My favorite might have been the Muppet one. It wasn't quite word for word from the movie.

I don't remember them saying "fuck". It's great to see at least some of this come to life. I also liked the gag where the guy's face is replaced with another face on a stick. I really didn't think the movie was that good! It was just okay for me, but you made it awesome!

WesMakowski responds:

Glad you liked it! Hope you're ready for a full 1h 30min version :)

Damn, you're starting to be one of my favorite animators ever! I was amazed at how original of an idea this was. We've done everything with zombies. We've never had a zombie apocalypse with them as actual fighter pilots! It was a doomsday indeed. I was impressed at how graphic this got.

I mean, these were some unique deaths for a zombie scenario. I love the idea of a guy sacrificing himself to stop a plane like that. The animation is of course incredible. What an incredibly unique zombie scenario! I appreciate how it was just nothing but action and gore! What a great way to mix horror with action!

ToadBurgerTV responds:

Im happy you liked it. I have another animation coming up that tops this in all respects methinks. Stay tuned :)
