Awesome!

Invader Zim is one of those franchises where you can simply do no wrong but doing a faithful tribute! Some of the colors seem a little too dark but is still fun to look at. The funniest thing is of course Gir who has always been the funniest thing. It makes you realize how popular this show was able to become in its short run. It's kind of creepy with how graphic Zim's costume is with the blood and all. Well, maybe it's just tomato sauce Gir is after.

It's funny because Gir is actually already in a costume. It makes you realize how dumb everyone is when you realize the zipper is so big on his costume! The background could have been a bit more detailed. It does still seem like something that would be straight out of the cartoon. May this live on forever, friend!

Nice and twisted!

This is a really nice artpiece because it looks straight out of some demented Disney movie. It sort of reminded me of the video game "Epic Mickey". Granted, I have never played that game but it still reminded me of it. What's really cool is that you are showing the power of ink in a drawing. That is what these drawn characters are, just certain amounts of ink being put on a screen (well not with digital drawings, I guess). They can control us with their mere existance.

I especially love the terrified look of the boy. It does a great contrast to the malicious glee that the demons or whatever those things are have. This was a good use of shading and colors. Granted, there wasn't really any color per se, but still impressive to look at. The shifting bits are really good where you see his body parts turn into the creature.

Good piece

While not one of your finest, this is certianly a good piece because there is so much detail in it. I admit that to a certain extent it does look a little cluttered. Still, I imagine that you took quite a bit of effort into making this picture. I thought maybe they were supposed to be vampires, but I am thinking you were going for a more zombie theme. The red blood contrasts well with the black and white. I realize that from watching "Madness Combat" cartoons that's an effect that works well. It is quite scary.

I guess it was not graphic enough to get an "M" rating. The best thing about it is how well the facial expressions are done. There are good feelings of sheer terror and sadistic glee in them. The checker boards seemed so messed up I thought you might have been going for an MC Escher-esque look. The teeth are well detailed with their points as well.

Mature?

I really wouldn't consider this to be something in the "Mature" section. It's pretty disturbing but doesn't show any blood or private parts or anything like that. I guess I have probably just seen a lot of other really disturbing stuff I do not notice it that much. This was, however, a great art piece because of how lush the colors work. I have never heard of Witold Gombrowicz before and thought he might have been a fictional character. I have looked up and found out that he was in fact a real person.

It is a pity I know little about his work or else I might be able to understand this better. This seems just like something you would find in a random Google image search for "fear" or "scary image". This actually makes sense. I imagine it was supposed to be a metaphor for growing up as you took on new skin. Whatever it was, it is dang creepy.

This is why you're such a great artist

I really like this art piece because it is hard to determine what is what in this. It seemed like there was almost a ghost inside the zombie's body. I suppose that since a ghost is a dead person's soul, then the ghost would have to be in the zombie's body. Well, zombies are usually depicted as being completely mindless. It's great how twisted you made this work with how distorted everything is. It gives off a true feeling of terror and surprise.

I noticed how everything was just spread out so well. There was darkness in one part, then veins, then dripping blood, then bones, then everything else! You do a good job of making it look as though the monster is coming towards you. It's always nice of you to include a poem. It's like how audio submissions have lengthy descriptions sometimes as well.

Pretty sweet!

I am not a fan of BomberMan, but I did think that this was fairly well done. What was really cool was how you put him in such a dramatic pose. There was action every bit of the way even though it was not a moving picture. I love the shading in this, particularly with how there are these little sparks around the bombs. Orange happens to be my favorite color, so the background was good too. Bomberman looks just as good here as he would in an official drawing of him.

What also worked was the lines that show motion. I'm no cartoonist, but even I know that is a good way of creating the illusion of motion. There was quite a bit of detail put into all of the bombs and how they were flying around. While I'm not a fan of the series, any one who is should love this image. Even his eyebrows seem to have depth.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
