Awesome!

Invader Zim is one of those franchises where you can simply do no wrong but doing a faithful tribute! Some of the colors seem a little too dark but is still fun to look at. The funniest thing is of course Gir who has always been the funniest thing. It makes you realize how popular this show was able to become in its short run. It's kind of creepy with how graphic Zim's costume is with the blood and all. Well, maybe it's just tomato sauce Gir is after.

It's funny because Gir is actually already in a costume. It makes you realize how dumb everyone is when you realize the zipper is so big on his costume! The background could have been a bit more detailed. It does still seem like something that would be straight out of the cartoon. May this live on forever, friend!

Scott Pilgrim?

I am a big fan of Scott Pilgrim but the weird thing was that I was not quite sure who this character was supposed to be. I thought maybe it was the girl (look, there were too many characters' names to remember, okay?). I am glad I understood that this was an original character. It might seem a bit too dark for Scott Pilgrim but definitley fits your style. It's a little hard to understand with all the use of black colors. I can still make out the eyes and faces of all the ghouls.

It was cool to give such a good description. It's descriptions like these that make you realize that a single image can be interpreted into a flash cartoon or even as part of a big story. The funniest part was the 100 people who also disappeared around him. I also like the white gloves that contrast well with the rest of the darker colors. The black stripe makes him look sinister as well.

Nice and twisted!

This is a really nice artpiece because it looks straight out of some demented Disney movie. It sort of reminded me of the video game "Epic Mickey". Granted, I have never played that game but it still reminded me of it. What's really cool is that you are showing the power of ink in a drawing. That is what these drawn characters are, just certain amounts of ink being put on a screen (well not with digital drawings, I guess). They can control us with their mere existance.

I especially love the terrified look of the boy. It does a great contrast to the malicious glee that the demons or whatever those things are have. This was a good use of shading and colors. Granted, there wasn't really any color per se, but still impressive to look at. The shifting bits are really good where you see his body parts turn into the creature.

What an image

When I first saw that, I thought I might have seen it in a Batman comic. I am glad that I understand that it is actually from the show "Batman: The Brave And The Bold". I have never watched that, only a little bit here and there. It doesn't seem bad, it's just that the original DCAU Batman is so much better. What was really cool about this art piece was how ridiculous everyone looked. The Joker looks just as insane as ever with Batman taking the right serious tone.

I just love how there is so much detail put into everything. You can see all the sketch and marker lines which actually work well for the character. While you're known for dark stuff, I actually think this was probably a pretty funny piece. The best panel is the one where he touches all the buttons at once. In The Brave And The Bold, they look so stupid.

Time for some myself!

I don't see how giving the middle finger is supposed to be contstructive criticism. This does, however, make you realize that people should work for this more. It makes me glad that I always try to put important stuff in my reviews, be it good or bad. I know that you should go on and explain why you hate something so much. As for this art piece itself, it's not half bad. The lines and creases are done pretty well.

I only recently starting review art pieces but I always try to look for the best and worst. There is a lot of detail in a single image and what's great is that you can always look back at it. Think about what makes a certain piece good or bad. What could other people take from it if it be an example of things to do or not? I actually use that finger myself sometimes, but never at anyone.

Good piece

While not one of your finest, this is certianly a good piece because there is so much detail in it. I admit that to a certain extent it does look a little cluttered. Still, I imagine that you took quite a bit of effort into making this picture. I thought maybe they were supposed to be vampires, but I am thinking you were going for a more zombie theme. The red blood contrasts well with the black and white. I realize that from watching "Madness Combat" cartoons that's an effect that works well. It is quite scary.

I guess it was not graphic enough to get an "M" rating. The best thing about it is how well the facial expressions are done. There are good feelings of sheer terror and sadistic glee in them. The checker boards seemed so messed up I thought you might have been going for an MC Escher-esque look. The teeth are well detailed with their points as well.

Mature?

I really wouldn't consider this to be something in the "Mature" section. It's pretty disturbing but doesn't show any blood or private parts or anything like that. I guess I have probably just seen a lot of other really disturbing stuff I do not notice it that much. This was, however, a great art piece because of how lush the colors work. I have never heard of Witold Gombrowicz before and thought he might have been a fictional character. I have looked up and found out that he was in fact a real person.

It is a pity I know little about his work or else I might be able to understand this better. This seems just like something you would find in a random Google image search for "fear" or "scary image". This actually makes sense. I imagine it was supposed to be a metaphor for growing up as you took on new skin. Whatever it was, it is dang creepy.

This is why you're such a great artist

I really like this art piece because it is hard to determine what is what in this. It seemed like there was almost a ghost inside the zombie's body. I suppose that since a ghost is a dead person's soul, then the ghost would have to be in the zombie's body. Well, zombies are usually depicted as being completely mindless. It's great how twisted you made this work with how distorted everything is. It gives off a true feeling of terror and surprise.

I noticed how everything was just spread out so well. There was darkness in one part, then veins, then dripping blood, then bones, then everything else! You do a good job of making it look as though the monster is coming towards you. It's always nice of you to include a poem. It's like how audio submissions have lengthy descriptions sometimes as well.

Pretty sweet!

I am not a fan of BomberMan, but I did think that this was fairly well done. What was really cool was how you put him in such a dramatic pose. There was action every bit of the way even though it was not a moving picture. I love the shading in this, particularly with how there are these little sparks around the bombs. Orange happens to be my favorite color, so the background was good too. Bomberman looks just as good here as he would in an official drawing of him.

What also worked was the lines that show motion. I'm no cartoonist, but even I know that is a good way of creating the illusion of motion. There was quite a bit of detail put into all of the bombs and how they were flying around. While I'm not a fan of the series, any one who is should love this image. Even his eyebrows seem to have depth.

Not terrible

It's too bad this is one of your lowest rated art pieces because it actually is fairly well done. The only problem is that it turned a lot of people off by being, well, scary. This is still a nicely done submission because the artwork is so good. The designs for the zombies are rather unique. Hey, I know that you can make zombies hot, Nephthys from the "Xombie" series is one of the hottest cartoon characters ever made! The strong thing in here is really the colors.

Yes, I would prefer if the drawn girls were more attractive, but this is good for a laugh. There are just so many things going on it's hard to take your eyes off it. I think this probably has the most designs I have ever seen on a submission. I am glad the reviews did better than the actual rating. Keep things like this up to show your creativity.

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
