Ambient?

I am not quite sure what "ambient" means, but it definitley appears to be something good. This is a remarkable flash in that there is simply so little going on, yet it manages to bring off such a great message. While there is not much action, it really is an epic feeling. It gives off something really soft, like a calm before the storm. I can see this being used to precede a flash with a great battle. There is simply nothing artificial here, and it does great to build up suspense in general.

Don't ask me what it means. :D

A great song

At first, I thought this was going to be an authentic feeling of rain falling everywhere, but it was almost entirely vocal. I'm glad that it at least turned out to be something great. I liked the use of the piano and the coming up and down of the notes you made. While I don 't think I'll look into your other stuff, this is pretty admirable work. You seem to have a nice voice that knows how to emphasize things. I guess it's supposed to be a metaphor for struggles in life or something.

ApproachingNirvana responds:

Thanks! If we continue the song we'll make some adjustments.

Absolutely beautiful

This is among the most pleasant and authentic songs I have ever heard in my life. I don't think I have ever heard a more realistic representation of rain in a song. It must have been cool to have it rain when you were done with this song. I enjoyed this thoroughly and thougt it was among the most emotional experiences I have ever heard. It would have been great if you just left the rain by itself, but to add variety in your work with that gorgeous piano playing is absolutely fantastic. This gave off emotions of love, hope, and great joy.

Thanks for the review, Ericho! It certainly was fun to write, and I'm glad you enjoyed it, too.

Nice and pleasant

At four mintues, I didn't find this one short at all, my friend! I am also surprised at how this has such a ridiculous title, yet it manages to be entirely subtle and didn't go for goofiness at all! I used to play the piano, and this really brings back good memories. The overall pleasant feeling is just flawless and it was so nice to listen to. It may not have had a lot going on, but the tune is just so nice you simply don't notice. It embodies everything that's peaceful in music.

Bezo responds:

Short is very relative, I suppose. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Nice, if a bit repetitive

I was pretty impressed at how well this managed to flow out. It seemed kind of familiar to me, and I now realize that it was on the "Bunny Invasion" series, which I have played. I think what's the best is that it's basically a similar beat, but it adds a lot of stuff in. I think near the end I can hear some drums being played in a slight sound. I like how the background music seems to shift and it gives the feeling of an endless dream. Of course, anything here that works as an infinite loop would probably work well with that title!

Robot-Lock responds:

Yup, it is somewhat repetitive, but I intentionally made this as a hip hop beat for rapping.

It's really neat

I remember hearing this from the "Bunny Invasion" game as I'm a person who likes to get a lot of medal points. It's funny how this is called "Finding Faith" because it does in fact convey a spiritual message while it goes on. I don't know if you're religious, but I am and this touched me on that level. It made me think of rising to the heavens or something holy like that. It's cool how it was used in a bloody Easter game! This is a nice song that gives off feelings of warmness and hope.

Robot-Lock responds:

I'm an atheist, but whatever floats your boat, dude! Thanks for the review.

The most used song of all time!

I absolutely never thought I would ever see the day where I would find a song that had been used in over 200 entries! As I have heard this so many times, it's hard to appreciate how good it is. It fits exactly what it's supposed to be; elevator music. The idea is so mundane because it can fit nearly any basic situation where not much is happening. That happens in a lot of things at least once, I suppose. I have to give this a high rating simply because it's very impressive to make something that has become so popular.

Khuskan responds:

...'Most Used?'

Way to make it sound dirty :-P

Wow, great

This was among the most authentic sounding Middle East imitation music I have ever heard! It allows a person to really consider what each of our cultures has to offer. It sounds like there were a bunch of chimes being used or something. It keeps up the same beat, but it does show some variety as more stuff is needed. I also like how it seems to be more like an adventure the longer the song goes on. This was very creative and I'm glad you made something as nice as this!

Fadious responds:

Thank you very much for the wonderful review, i'm happy you enjoyed it :)

1 second?!

I can find it very impressive you made something 1 and a half minutes long in 1 second (sarcasm). This is one of the most fast-paced songs I have ever heard. At the same time, it doesn't try to be too over the top about its content. It's interesting to figure out what kind of instruments were used (I believe I heard some chimes or something in there?). It gives off the feeling of an epic adventure, especially one in the snow. That could be less due to the tone and more to the fact that it was released on Christmas Eve.

Oney responds:

lol haha i forgot about that

It's so beautiful

You have truly made something sweet when you made this. I remember first hearing it in "Power Star 4" which ranks as one of my favorite flash submissions. It's simply a perfect representation of what it is to feel total sorrow. It's extremely soft because it shows exactly what it's meant to represent. I just loved the use of the piano in this one and seeing as how I was once a piano player, I can understand. It's kind of short, but it has everything you need for a sad theme.

BlazingDragon responds:

I remember being shocked when I first saw Power Star 4. It was the first that I had scene of the series, and the production value was awesome. When Luigi died and my music came on, my mouth dropped lol. It was such an amazing feeling to hear my music in such a powerful context. I am very appreciate for that experience. I'm really happy that you enjoyed this and am able to appreciate it. Thanks. :)
