Dude, I am so glad you are still out and making these awesome video games! I knew I recognized your logo, but weren't quite sure where you were from exactly. I absolutely love everything about this fantastic game. It's easily the best Christmas game I've played all year! I love how there's just explosion after explosion after explosion! This stuff's like nicotine!

I've been playing some really awesome games on this website lately. I even love the little voices that yell out "Yeah!" over and over. I could spend the rest of the day playing this game. I love the music, which sounds so sincere. You just have no idea what's going to show up next. Merry Christmas now and forever!

Many thanks for review and for playing!

Well, I can't say anything bad about this, because it's one of my all time favorite art pieces. I was kind of ashamed of myself for not being able to recognize more of these guys. At least I know there's 173 of these wackos going around. The music is very nice. There's not much to say here as I already reviewed the art portal format of this. It's still great to see all these classic characters.

I honestly can't think of a single Christmas related character you left out. Heck, I doubt if I could think of a character of ANY kind you left out. It's great to see how they're not just all standing there. They're out doing things like building ice sculptures, chasing each other, etc. Happy holidays to you too!

And Happy holidays to you too!

Wow, I knew this layout looked familiar. It was easy for me to recognize who made this. Anyway, it was great to play a good old fashioned Christmas game. There's just so much detail put into everything. It's amazing how cute everything looks. I managed to find some of the secret medals and most of them were by complete accident. That's what makes the adventure so fun.

I kind of knew I wasn't going to beat it on my first run. I like how funny Santa looks with how fat he is. I guess that's why fatness became associated with jollyness. The whole screen just seems to bounce around when he destroys a brick. The graphics are very good too.

whileworking responds:

Great, happy you like it! Yeah, it's definitely a part of the game to "learn" the levels as it's quite impossible to beat all of them on the first run ;)

Wow, I've been playing a lot of weird games lately. It's not so much that this one was strange, it's just that it was slow moving. I couldn't even change the quality on this one. I can still appreciate all the work you put into making an interesting game. The music was also pretty stylish. I couldn't even tell if the bullets were hitting me!

The gameplay is fairly straightforward. It helps because there isn't a lot of description in terms of controls in the instructions. I liked how it was so easy for you to jump high. I just wish there was much better quality for this. The graphics could use some more detail, too.

peon007 responds:

soon publish the second part of this game, Thanks

This was a pretty strange game. I could have sworn that I had played a game that had the exact same medal design. Maybe that was another game you made? Anyway, it was pretty interesting to see how such a simplistic design could be so complicated. It was also weird with how you had to do certain things in order to advance to the next level. The sounds are pretty good, too.

I just didn't think it made much sense. I was afraid I was going to die after getting hit once, but it took a long time for me to lose the game. You didn't even have to lose the game to not be able to advance. Oh, and it helps I got a bunch of medals. This is a very weird game, but something I would still recommend.

VictorGrunn responds:

If by medal design you mean the icons, yes - they were pulled off what I made for Drone Assault. I figured it'd work fine here.

I'm glad you found it fun - more glad that you found it strange! It was a joy to create, sitting around trying to think of how to make the gameplay differ despite using only a real, real limited set of graphics and rules.

I'm surprised this doesn't have a higher rating. What I found to be weird was how it was hard to tell whether you could eat something. The last time I died I knew there was an arrow that said "Eat". I imagine that there was just a smaller fish around that big fish. I loved the funny references, like the Squiggly fish. The sound effects are fairly decent too.

It's great to see someone who has made so many unique games. I liked how the fish were all uniquely designed. It's pretty basic gameplay, but it gets better as it goes along. While not great, it's a fun game. The name is pretty cool too.

poxpower responds:

Yeah well there is no perfect system for this given how every fish is different. Like some have a big head and tiny tails or the lobster have bit antenae.
I've tried like 3 different ways to compare the fish sizes and people complained every time.

In the end I just put the little "eat" tags as a foolproof method of telling you what you can eat for sure.

Also yes sometimes fish overlap and it looks like there's an "eat" tag on top of a bigger fish so you have to be careful I guess : p. I might look into that issue.

This was a pretty weird game at first. It said I couldn't press "Enter" at first, but I did and got past the game. For the most part, this was actually quite enjoyable. The hints are a lot more obvious than you would think. I just stopped memorizing the pokemon after the fifth (or fourth or whatever) generation because there were too many of them. I admire anyone who can keep track of all of them.

The music was also nice and pleasant. The first generation ones were the easiest. It was kind of done in a weird format with the one pokemon (now I don't know the name of the one with the sunglasses). Interestingly enough, when it came up, I couldn't advance. Pokemon fans should enjoy this.

Sandile responds:

The "enter" was literally pressing the "Enter" key. It was a glitch from an earlier game that I fixed where pressing the Enter key would mess up the input. I somehow accidentally fixed that glitched this time around, lol.

I wasn't all that interested at first, but it certainly got better the longer I played it! It was interesting with how each robot was unique. That did put you at a disadvantage when two different kinds were attacking you at the same time. The music was quite omnious. As it was made around Halloween, I couldn't help but think that was intentional. Oh, and I hope you had a happy one!

It was fun to see the robots change like that. I don't even know how I got control of the red skinny one. None of them seemed to jump high enough to get a certain powerup, though. It's really a fairly unique game. I found out I prefer kicks to punches.

RatherRandomReality responds:

Sometimes you don't have to jump HIGH enough. You have to jump FAR enough ;)
Thanks for playing, Ericho!
