I admit that this was a fairly interesting game because of how unique it was. That still didn't change the fact that I didn't enjoy it much as I could not understand it at all. Even the name was too strange. I found it odd how I seemingly was getting ahead when I kept losing. I guess the instructions could just be layed out better. They seem to long to really be worth the time.

I also think the graphics could have been better. They are not terrible, there have just been so many better ones. I thought it was going to be a Tamagotchi like game at first. It possibly was, just not in the way I expected. It's not my kind of game.

josh-tamugaia responds:

It was my first flash game... Thanks for playing and reviewing though.

The graphics are fairly impressive. My big complaint with this is that it is too difficult. I don't think I lasted any longer than before I knew how to fire! It's still a pretty interesting game. I like how there's an acid version, which I assume is harder. The music seems to be fairly suiting.

There's a fairly good variety of enemies coming at you. Some of the CGI does look a bit dated. Then again, most modern games don't use CGI anyway. It seemed like this was a unique game for you and it makes sense seeing as how you've made so many. I guess it's fine.

Thanks for reviewing!

Well, this was an extremely frustrating game because I couldn't get anything done. I'm pretty sure you have to get a 4 by 4 block done to make any of them disappear. I admit that it was a different kind of game. As Tetris has little plot in itself, it's interesting to see a variation. I just wished I had some medals. Yes, that is shallow, but it's how I felt.

The graphics (what little there were) were actually quite nice. I do like how you can revolve the block around. I knew it would be too easy to just let them fall into nothingness. The music is pretty appropriate. Again, I'm not good at this.

Zanzlanz responds:

Ericho, thank you for your review! I certainly admit to it being a difficult game. Many times I see when a game is difficult, players claim to be bad at it. From a comparative perspective, you're not bad at all :)
I want to add an objective note so it is more clear that you must create squares (4x4 and up) to score points and clear blocks.
Thanks for playing!

Well, this is one crazy game. I guess I didn't like it that much because it made no sense to me. I tried to use all the fruits I could found and did not hallucinate. I guess I have to give you credit for creating a really strange location. It was certainly unique. It reminded me of things like the Pokemon or Legend Of Zelda games.

The music got a tad annoying after awhile. I could not really get anywhere in this game. I tried firing at the blocks blocking (redundant) me, but nothing happened. I just prefer games that make more sense. You're still pretty creative.

malec2b responds:

From starting area: Go up one zone, fight the first golem, past the golem should be a passageway going left, fight the second golem, the berries in this area have the hallucination effect.

If you want to make further progress in the game overall, go north as far as you can go until you reach the gate, at which point the objective should become fairly clear ;)

I admit that the premise was pretty good. It's too bad that I couldn't get very far in it. I liked the way it said that I earned the medal. Yes, every little bit counts for me. I thought the sound effects were decent. I just enjoyed seeing the sword kill the enemies and have them turn into balls.

Dang, I've been mentioning that a lot lately too. I like the way the enemies are designed. It's good that you don't stick to just one design. It is pretty annoying with how you lose the level if you lose so much as one of your eggs. You should just probably have more freedom in a game like this.

omaromeir responds:

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. I promise to take your notes into account if I ever make a future version ;).

I could not understand how this game was played. It was so strange I was thinking that it might have been an April Fool's Day joke at first. Needless to say, I looked at the date and it was not. I guess I'm just thinking this because the game I played before was like that. It just seems to go on too long. I've managed to go upstairs in my house and get the drumsticks.

I try playing a random song, but it doesn't open the trapdoor. I'm thinking it has to be something specific, which is odd, as it tells me to go random. The artwork, however, is quite good in this. You have a fairly nice variety of places to go. I just wish I could understand it.

molkman responds:

There are puzzles that need to be solved, it's an adventure game, hun.

I didn't care much for this game because I couldn't understand it. It seems like it was just me fighting a bagel and I couldn't advance at all. I tried to attack him with anything I could. I thought I might be able to hit the doughnuts, but they didn't help me much. At least I got the medal for dying.

Seriously, I don't feel complete if I play a game without getting a medal. Anyway, the graphics were alright, I suppose. I just didn't find it that creative. I think the sounds were synched up pretty well, though. A sandwich isn't that much of a breakfeast food like a bagel is.

rhys510 responds:

ok? ...

I remember those old men from the Legend Of Zelda games. I appreciate you including themes like that. I admit that some of the enemies seemed too difficult to kill. The worst offenders were probably those jumping green guys. I couldn't understand how to injure them. I'm glad you didn't have to kill a different old man every time for the medal. Wow, I'm deranged.

I thought the graphics were really good. I just like the idea of a barbarian having more than one weapon, one being a gun of all things. It reminds me of "Gundarr". The sounds were pretty authentic too. There was a unique way of showing health and of getting new things.

Hypnohustler responds:

Thanks! Really glad you liked the design choices.
You have to shoot the green guys and then slash them when they turn red :)

It's pretty rare you win an Underdog of the Week and any of the Daily place things. I was quite impressed to find out the sheer amount of interviews this had. I would like to say that I would have preferred audio. Of course, that probably would have been too difficult. I really like the music too. It gives off a very good sense of being laid back.

It makes you have a more personal connection with who is being interviewed. You can just imagine them sitting there by a fireplace. Yeah, fireplace. I know there's another part of the website that probably has these, but it's much easier to look at this in a more organized manner. It's great to be part of this community!

deathink responds:

This is probably the greatest internet community there ever has been... or will ever be.

Okay, I've reached a point where I simply can not advance. It's the fifth level. I go to this one part where I go down and automatically die. I know there's some hearts down there, but they don't help me at all. Anyway, this is still a very nicely done game. The best thing about it is probably the graphics.

It's nice how it has a very pleasant atmosphere to it. I appreciate how you can customize it. I am glad you don't have to go along the dotted lines exactly. Heck, you can draw something new entirely! It's fun to see a furry do this too.

davidmaletz responds:

Yeah, the dotted lines are only there on the early levels to give you an idea of what to do, the game doesn't show them at all after the fifth level, and on the fifth level, it doesn't show ALL of the shapes you need to make to win. On the fifth level, you need to descend slowly - you can do this by drawing a shape underneath you, and then clicking the shape you are on to remove it, and repeat this until you get close enough that hitting the ground wont kill you (but of course there are many other ways to do it!) The hearts are there to replenish your health after you've drawn shapes to make it down, they won't save you from death.

Glad you liked the game, and when in doubt, try experimenting with what you can do with the shapes! The signs and dotted lines will give you hints, but often you have to figure out tricks yourself!

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
