Well, I can certainly say that this an underdog. It didn't really appeal to me. I managed to find eight ghosts. It was hard to tell where there would be more that didn't appear before. Talking to people got kind of annoying. Well, it's just my opinion.

It wasn't that well detailed. Everyone here seems to really like it. I've just played many better Halloween games. I guess I'm not into adventure games. Hey, the Underdog of the Week award DOES kind of look like a werewolf!

arudasics responds:

I can't say I'm not a little bit disappointed with this review, but hey to each their own.

I can understand if you prefer not to read too much when playing games, totally fair. Unfortunately however, a lot of the puzzle hints are contained within the dialogue so a bit of reading is required to unlock areas that have some of the ghosts you were missing. I tried to keep the dialogue concise while still preserving the character's personalities.

If you only found eight ghosts I'm guessing you probably missed a hint to get into the farmhouse and find more. If you don't read the dialogue, you're gonna have a harder time playing the game. Finding eight ghosts does mean however that you've found the hardest ones though. ¯\_( ツ )_/¯

I have to admit this wasn't very interesting to me. I mean, it was just me going up and talking to people. I thought there'd be more action. I was hoping you'd actually be dealing with meteors. There was just too much talking. It just wasn't interesting.

I guess it was about limited space. I was just hoping it would take place in space. Ludum Dares are up to 54?! Well, I have lost count of them. You can never run out of themes.

F1Krazy responds:

Yeah, the thumbnail may have been a touch misleading, sorry about that.

I hate to say this, but I didn't think it was good. It wasn't even that playable. It was just kind of boring. I expect games like this to be better animated. It was hard to understand how to beat that third boss. I wasn't even sure if that was the third floor.

It was just kind of bland. I guess people who are more into RPGs might like that. I couldn't do anything with my attacks on the third boss. I could only get in one hit. It just isn't a rewarding game.

FCPXAV responds:

There's a trick to beating the third boss, try using the new ability you learn at the beginning of the fight!

I have to admit that I wasn't that impressed by this. I mean, it was basically just a bunch of drawings. Honestly, I think the best part was the music. I mean, it really was fascinating. I thought this would be a game where you smashed spiders. It had medals after all!

Happy Labor Day weekend or whatever! It's a rather odd collab. I thought it was weird how you couldn't just press the same button to go back to the original size. Well, I should be used to the Escape button. It seems like this would be more appropriate around Halloween.

Thetageist responds:

Based on what I read in the original post, the idea was to make it pre-Halloween hype. (Is that right, @fe1l1ngsk1lledd?) A lot of art collabs also do simple viewers like this, especially if the organizer is primarily an artist and can't code a lot, though more complex methods of including all the entries are definitely appreciated.

SkilledFanBoy responds:

That's right, Thetageist :P

Also, thank you for the fair feedback, Ericho owo

Wow, that was weird. It wasn't even really a game. It was just me clicking things. I thought there'd be a reward for clicking everything. I don't believe there was. I clicked on my first icon and I think what's what the geraffe one was about.

This was still enjoyable. I do like seeing these all together. You really did want to make something unique. It just made no sense to me. Oh well, it's still quite nice.

Quest responds:

Honestly, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me either, but I feel like that's the charm of it. Seeing everyone's gears all working together in one chaotic machine really is beautiful.

BastardFromBrooklyn responds:

hey are you tom fulp

I loved the poopsocking bit. I have heard of that trope. I thought you said, "Boobsucking" at first. That's a lot cleaner, I guess. My favorite picture was probably in the thumbnail. It was very Salvador Dali-esque.

It's enjoyable to see a short cartoon among these. These were quite decent. I had no idea this was part of a series. I'm not even subscribed to anyone here! TheClockCrew isn't credited!

Little-Radiodemon responds:

How are you not subbed to anyone here! You must rectify that error!

Happy Clock Day!

PachkaNG responds:

Happy clock day my dood! (Also yeah the clock in the thumbnail was heavily inspired by dali, since ig thats what I was going for with it)

I have to admit that I was never expecting this. I guess this meme seemed too old by now. Well, you can never have an old fetus. Anyway, my favorite was probably the twin one. That made the most sense. Can you have a miscarriage with one twin?

I suppose anything's possible. It's easy to easy to say this is the most (in)famous webcomic strip ever created. I actually made a Creepypasta once called "Loss". I should have realized that was the wrong title. Well, this was still great.

urban-pyramid responds:

It's unfortunate really, but Loss is here to stay.

GoofyNutNightmare responds:

Gotta love how the internet continuously celebrates the most random jokes ever. When it comes to the internet, always expect the unexpected.

Well, it was certainly a game that motivated me to keep on going on. That was mostly because of how hard it was. At first, I thought the objective was to just collect all the clocks. You had to collect all the keys. It was really hard. It didn't help that the button that opened the gates was on the ice.

I guess I just went to the hardest key. This was still a really creative game. How can it snow in summer? This isn't Antarctica! You mean twenty clocks, right? That better not be twenty keys.

pictocat responds:

The title of the game is kind of dumb. You start with 17 seconds and there are 3 keys, so there is twenty, in total. We just never really came up with anything better, lol.

Yeah, I thought this was kinda bad. The graphics were nothing that interesting. It was basically just the same thing over and over. You just shot at stuff. It was way too easy. I got a bunch of easy medals.

It really isn't worth it. I wish the guy could fly around more. It needed more obstacles. The enemy didn't even move around! I just can't like this.

SkilledFanBoy responds:

You know, you seem to be right slowly. I suck at making better graphics and blocks, maybe I should make them a little better and also I should have made stuff better. I just got lazy for some reason.

Wow, this is nicely done, but it wasn't great for me. I thought it would be too silly for the trash can to actually be his girlfriend. I don't remember the first one, okay? I appreciate the animation. I guess I'm into visual novels. Damn, a lot of people worked on this.

The voices were quite nice. MC-Kun doesn't even have ears! I'm glad it wasn't hentai. We have too much of those in dating sims. I'm impressed that so many people worked on this.

Bleak-Creep responds:

There's no hentai, but there IS a horror VN hidden underneath it all if you know where to look. :)
