This was a good game. It did have its flaws. I did not like it how it was a bit hard to hit your enemies. It was just weird how it was all laid out. It was still quite creative, if a little weird, with the black blobs. Well, there's more to it in the game!

I thought the controls were really weird. You should have made them customizable. Those are always good for games. The music was pretty good. I do think the graphics are good.

Thanks Ericho. Well, the game was quite rushed. I hurried up for a game contest. In the end, it still didn't make the deadline...

It was amazing just how fast paced this game was! I'm going to say right now that I loved it, if only because of how much was going on! There was simply a wonderful amount of action in this. I loved the constant button smashing. There were always new things for me to destroy! I loved that! While I'm not that good at it, I really don't care.

It's awesome to have such high scores. I think you may have even surpassed Boxhead in terms of numbers. No, not quite. Congrats to Niemand for the highest score! The music was great too.

Thanks a lot for the review and playing!! :)

I don't think I enjoyed this that much. I was at least able to understand how to play the game. I kept on playing, but I always lost. It's that robot at the end that always crushes me. I don't think this was anything special. That being said, it wasn't particularly bad.

It was just mediocre. That also describes the graphics. Nothing seems very detailed. I guess it was something good for this jam. Hopefully, we won't get it wrong like Back To The Future Part II for future design.

Glad you didn’t found it completely bad Ericho, it´s our first tand we put a lot of work in it, without having any previous experience in gamemaking other than a few experiments. We understand is not an easy game to play. Thanks for giving it a shot.

I remember making paper airplanes in this one class. I remember absolutely nothing from it. I didn't care much for this game. I just thought it lacked detail. Another big factor was how it seemed too difficult. There really wasn't much going for it.

I believe I have played other paper airplane games. These kinds of styles were never popular. It's the same thing they do with that stupid bird thing. The music is alright. I can see why this isn't popular.

chillyphilly responds:

This game was more of a running experimentation as you could probably tell from how random every element is haha. Nothing in it makes sense.
I don't think it is at all difficult though. It's virtually the same mechanic as the classic helicopter game with some other shit chucked in there. It probably takes too long to learn though without getting bored or frustrated before you close the window. I can see that happening.
There was no intention for it to become popular. There is no story line, nor is there any point or real objective apart from finishing the levels. Created this as a way of learning the software but I guess I could have taken a more constructive approach and made something more worthwhile. It was fun though.

Cheers for the review bud, appreciate the time you took. Bit of a nostalgia trip to review this game? It's been a while.. i loved this website haha.

I was pretty surprised at how fun this turned out to be. I think it works so well because the colors are so nice. I always appreciate that in a game or really anything. There were a lot of unique designs for everyone and everything. It was so easy to beat the boss. He was nothing compared to the rest of the whole game.

I'm thinking it may have been intentionally anticlimactic like that Pico chicken game. Of course, I haven't advanced to beat the other ones. I think kids would love this. It really can be stressful. Good thing it was frontpaged.

cobcris responds:

It's awesome for me to know that you enjoyed the game :) i hope kids can enjoy it too
thanks Ericho!

While I'm not someone who's into point and click adventure games much, this really was pretty good. I think its greatest point was how easy it was to get secret medals. Yeah, expect me to say that. You'd think being the most prolific game reviewer, I could love all kinds of games. Unfortunately, I really do not. I still liked it.

Everything was done quite realistically. The drawings were very good. It was even funny to see the jokes with the medals you got. The music seemed to fit it quite well too. It was all around decent.

Aprime responds:

Glad you enjoyed my game mr prolific game reviewer.

Yeah, I tried to steer clear from arbitrary puzzles.
The medals were thought of spontaneously, but I'm happy they worked out well.

Thanks for the review!

There must have been something wrong with my computer. For whatever reason, I was unable to fire at anyone. I couldn't help but just run around waiting to be killed. I don't understand how that works. I was able to get some shots in and at least one medal. I HAD to get one medal for this.

I don't know why this isn't under Pico Day. I guess because it was submitted too late? I found this game itself to be too routine. The graphics weren't good either. I love killing zombies, but not like this.

io3creations responds:

Strange, is your mouse working properly? Maybe try updating your Flash player or a different browser.

This loses points because there's no medal for getting 1000 clicks. That did drive me pretty crazy when I did that and nothing came up. Still, this is an okay game. It's been awhile since I've played a clicking game like this. Well, I guess it's not a clicking game. It's a game with the same action happening over and over.

Yeah, I've played games like that too. I managed to get everything but the secret medals. If it's not for 1000 points, I'm not interested. I like how simple things are so hard, especially when you don't even know how hard you have to do it. That's enough for me, though.

BeminFire responds:

Thanks for taking time to review!
Here's a hint: It's on the keyboard

I really did not find this game to be that hard. Well, okay, it was hard, but it was a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would be. I think the best part was probably how you were really motivated to keep on going and going. Even the title was cool. I think there was a ZekeySpaceyLizard cartoon that did the same thing.

The sounds were good too. It did get irritating on some levels. It seemed like a lot of it was just luck. I would still recommend this. Not the best graphics, but still very nice.

EggysGames responds:

Thanks I'm glad you appreaciated the gameplay

I thought this was a good game. What I liked about it was that I like the premise. Dang, 1996 seems like centuries ago. I also think the graphics are pretty good. It is funny to see the guy run around everywhere. It's a very funny animation effect. I don't know if that was intentional.

While it is kind of bland, I still liked it. It really does have interesting things going on. It might not be the most detailed game, but it is nice. I remember hearing about hipsters in the most recent Nostalgia Critic episode. It was a review of "The Lorax".

Thanks!
