Well, you just clicked on a white guy the whole time. Well, everything's white I guess. I...thought it was pretty easy to understand. It just wasn't that interesting. Maybe there could have been upgrades or something as you went along? Still, the animation was quite nice.

It's at least an original idea. That's not always a good thing. I liked how easy the medals were. That's what an easy game should have! Well, maybe not.

Pitigamedev responds:

Thank you for the feedback!

I was very impressed by this game! It was the best thing I've seen all day on this website! I knew it would get a higher score eventually. Who knew collecting pizza would be so cool? There were burgers too. I appreciate all the detail put into the enemies.

That big guy did get annoying. He must have had a health bar. I'm glad I could find new creative ways to fight. I mostly figured them out on my own. Sometimes, you just smash things to get them out of the way.

PizzaKiddo responds:

Amazing feedback! We will continue to improve the game’s GUI and enemy HB system β€” to appear more clear + intuitive! πŸ™πŸ•β€οΈπŸ¦Ύ

Wow, that was a truly bizarre game. It was more like a visual novel. Oh, it WAS a visual novel. I won't tell you about the medals, but it should be easy to figure out. The talking did go on too long. I liked how you could skip everything.

People would still want to get the whole story. We got a ton of stuff for Christmas this year! Thanks to the collab, it's probably the most of any year ever! I do like Dr. Schmuck's voice. This was certainly a unique game.

NattoSumi responds:

Fun fact this was originally intended as a portion of another project that didn't quite come together in time so we made it into its own game! Thanks for playing and Happy New Year!

This was an enjoyable game to play, but it was very odd. I often didn't know what to do next. The worst part was probably how the enemies came back to life. Or were those new enemies? It was certainly unpredictable. At least I could jump on some of the enemies.

I thought the keys were the only things you could pick up. I should have paid more attention to the instructions. That really was a long cutscene. You deserve your medal for this! The YouTube videos were a nice touch.

jacklehamster responds:

I'm glad I didn't cut down on all the cutscenes!
I was really debating on that, but at the end I felt I needed a backstory for bosses, and knowing more about the troll.

I have to admit I didn't care for this game. I guess the graphics were intentionally not the best. It got pretty annoying when you couldn't really control yourself. The music was at least nice. This couldn't really get me in the Christmas spirit. Happy First Day of Winter!

It was too easy to get killed by so many things. I wish there was an easy Double Jump. Timmy just flew around with little control. I can tell this was made in 3 days. I still hope you have a Merry Christmas!

StaggerNight responds:

thank you Ericho

RootPain responds:

I finally got the fabled Ericho review, and he said that my song was nice

This is the best christmas ever
Merry Christmas to you, Ericho!

kaiakairos responds:

i understand my harder games arent really ur style ericho,, one of these days ill get that 4.5 stars from you !!

This was a pretty good game. I thought I'd get all the US holidays right. I would be horrible at most of the other entries! Anyway, this was very clear to understand. I do wish that you'd say what the correct answer was. I like the title.

Well, it's December, so holidays do seem right. Wait, there's a holiday like every time of the week! You should just figure these out on your own. I'm too lazy to list every single obscure answer. I guess it really does make sense to say Happy Holidays!

applessmillion responds:

Appreciate the review! We're split on how to display a wrong answer screen - showing the correct answer would be neat but remove the need to jump back in and guess again, and not displaying it doesn't really tell you anything new beyond a hint relating to the question/answer. Will take your feedback and appreciate the review!

Aww, what a sweet game this is! I have no idea why the score is so low. It's not a complicated game at all to get medals. I got half of them. You really do have to figure it out on your own. I had no idea I would get to possess my owner.

It ended up being worth it at the end. Everyone got what they wanted. It certainly took a long time to get this frontpaged, huh? Whatever, it's very adorable. Never heard of a Ludwig Jam before.

dragonslumber responds:

I'm glad you enjoyed it, I had also not heard about Ludwig jam prior to making the game, and then my friend mentioned it and I thought it would be fun ^_^

Happy Thanksgiving! It's nice to be so easy to understand. Then again, that made it kind of boring. This animation wasn't too good either. Still, it was just okay I guess. It reminded me of the animation of "Pico's School".

That's not a compliment. At least it wasn't the same phrase over and over. There was a little variety. I like how there's some Thanksgiving stuff here. You seem to rarely get those here.

CalamityGanon responds:

I can see how it made it a bit boring. I had wanted to add more animations, but due to time constraints more refined animations and some voicelines are missing. I hope to fix those in a later update. I might keep the animations the same though as I like the way it is since it feels like the old Newgrounds style. (Like you said, Pico's School.) Thanks!

This was a very fascinating game! The best part was probably how much of a cool world you created. You really knew how to put everything together so well! I didn't even notice my little dinosaur companion. Yeah, I'm not going to make the umpteenth Flintstones joke. It was indeed primal.

I was stuck with jumping up through a bridge or something. It was fun to just destroy things. There were so many things to collect. I liked how you could really explore. There always seemed to be more options. This was quite well detailed for a sprite game.

SeethingSwarm responds:

Thanks so much for the kind words and I'm really glad you enjoyed the demo of Primal Planet :)

Did you ever get past the place you got stuck? Perhaps I can help out, or maybe improve the game.

Anyway, thanks again and it's so nice that you appreciate the details about the game. I'll do my best to make the full game even better!

I am one of the most prolific reviewers on this website and even on the Internet! I am proud to be such a huge fan of this website!
